David obeyed everything that God told him to do except in the case of Bathsheba's husband.

Thank you for proving God's Truth. The Law DEMANDED that EVERY SINGLE thing written on it had to be OBEYED and FOLLOWED, if simply ONE of them was not followed perfectly they would die in their sins.

Guess what, David blew it.

David was sorry for those sins and repented and asked God for forgiveness. Those are things you go against.

Were it not for God's UNFATHOMABLE GRACE and MERCY, David would not have had time to be sorry or ask for forgiveness, he would have been dead by that time.

God said David was a man after His heart because David did what God said to do.

No! No! No! God said David was a man after His heart because DAVID KNEW IN HIS HEART that he could only depend on God's GRACE and David always relied on God's GRACE and not on all his obedience and all his sacrifices he used to give all the time.

You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings. (Ps. 51:16)

Sacrifice and offering you did not desire-- but my ears you have opened -- burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not require. (Ps. 40:6)

And when I proved to you that you, gt, does NOT OBEY ALL of Jesus' commandments, you simply switch to another subject and go immediately to I, gt, OBEY ALL of Jesus' commandments, when you, gt, just CONFESSED that you do NOT.

I told you that Jesus was laying the foundation and expected his disciples to go with him and become traveling ministers.
