She will never give it because the liar doesn't even try to do everything He said. Giving a list would only prove she doesn't.

I have given you guys a list many times.

I will give it again.

Here is some of Jesus' teachings to obey to get saved.

Change to a little child and humble yourself.

Fear God and admit you are a sinner and confess and repent of those sins.

Forgive others.

Prove your repentance by doing right.

Call on Jesus to help you.

Rom 3:19-20 (AKJV/PCE)
(3:19) Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. (3:20) Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law [is] the knowledge of sin.

Gal 2:16 (AKJV/PCE)
(2:16) Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

It does NOT SAY "no longer justified".... that is YOUR PERVERTED changing of the Word of God!

Truly shameful on your part!

And YET they had to do it YEAR AFTER YEAR.

Are you that daffy? Jesus wasn't preached in the Old Testament so how could he justify them in the Old Testament?

YOU are the one that declares that YOU obey EVERYTHING that Jesus said that "we' must do.

YOU are therefore obligated to give us the LIST.

Again, I have given you a list many times.

Here is a list again:

…unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven; Matthew 5:32.

…unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven; Matthew 18:3.

…unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart; Matthew 18:35.

…unless you repent, you too will all perish; Luke 13:3.

… unless they are born of water and the Spirit; John 3:5.

Unless I wash you, you have no part with me; John 13:8.

…unless it dies; 1 Corinthians 15:36.

...if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you; Matthew 6:14

...if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins; Matthew 6:15

...If you continue to follow my teaching, you are really my disciples;
John 8:31

...if you do them you will be blessed; John 13:17

If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love; John 15:10

...if you do what I command you are my friends; John 15:14

...if we obey His commands---we may know that we know Him; 1 John 2:3

But I thought you were claiming that the one true church of Christ by default is trinitarian; pretty much calling belief in the trinity the only truth and as such, salvific.
The Body of Christ, the Church, the Elect, are those who believe Easter, Romans 10:9 (KJV). Christ instituted the college of bishops beginning with the Twelve Apostles (Jn20:21KJV), and these men ordained other bishops to pastor, oversee, and teach the Church, and these bishops were instructed to ordain/consecrate more bishops, and this is why the college of bishops today are the successors of the Twelve Apostles, as elders, overseers, pastors of the Church today, and these men universally teach the Trinity as certainly Christian, and that is why I contend that the Trinity is the truth, also cf. 1st Timothy 3:15 (KJV), the Church is the pillar and ground of the truth.
Please donexolain where I am wrong. Thank you.
If you have more questions, fire away.

I have given a list many times, even though anyone can look in the Bible and find Jesus' teachings.

I am called a liar for not giving a list but that is a lie for I give lists and help all the time.

I did those things and more and Jesus saved me.

Those things are light and easy and not burdensome.

Tell me what you think is too hard and I would like to help you.
This is too hard for you:

Eph 2:8-10 (AKJV/PCE)
(2:8) For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God: (2:9) Not of works, lest any man should boast. (2:10) For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Not of yourselves mean no one has to do the works of the law anymore.

This is the works of the law:

The Burnt Offering; The Grain Offering; The Fellowship Offering; The Sin Offering; The Guilt Offering; Dietary Laws; Purification After Childbirth; Cleansing From Infectious Skin Diseases; Cleansing From Mildew; Discharges Causing Uncleanness; The Day of Atonement; Rules for Priests; The Sabbath; Firstfruits; The Passover and Unleavened Bread; Feast of Weeks; Feast of Trumpets; Feast of Tabernacles; Oil and Bread Set Before The LORD; the Sabbath Year; The Year of Jubilee; Circumcision.

See those were the works of the law that a person had to do to be justified/cleaned.

God was obliged to atone for their sins when they did those things.

But God did not like it when a person would sin, give a sin offering, but not really be sorry for their sins.

That is why there is scripture where God does not even want their offerings anymore because they are evil and do not repent.

God speaks of when He will give a new covenant where He washes our sins away.

That is by Jesus.

It does not mean we no longer have to obey God, it means we no longer have to get circumcised and clean ourselves anymore.

Jesus chooses to whom he gives the gift.

Want to know how he chooses?
I already know. Do you want to know?

Eph 1:11-14 (AKJV/PCE)
(1:11) In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: (1:12) That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. (1:13) In whom ye also [trusted], after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, (1:14) Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

Get sealed.

Jesus saves those who obey. Those are the people who receive the Holy Spirit.

I understand what you are saying about the apostles but those teachings should be based on the teachings and example of the Christ. I don't recall it being recorded in the Bible where Jesus the Christ of GOD, or any prophet or scribe of the OT, or any apostle says that the Trinity or three part god is truth; in fact, they don't really speak of the trinity per say, at all.

It is understandable to believe that GOD is perceivable in three different ways, but to say that each of those ways is it's own person or spirit or personality is wrong to me. GOD is Spirit, and everything of GOD is too of that same Spirit, not some other spirit. And being of GOD isn't being utterly, literally equal to GOD in all possible ways, especially when talking about creation of any kind.

Just curious,

What is Works?

Can works be done with out faith? If so how?

Could both works and faith be the different side of the same coin?

I have a feeling people have a different definition of both faith and works when posting... just wanted to add this possibility to your discussion..

Paul

Hi Paul, welcome back. As you can see most folks still have their eyes closed.

So do you think that if Noah did not build an ark, and went against the instruction of the Lord GOD, that he would have still been found righteous in the sight of GOD?
Nope. Had he not believed God, He wouldn't have built the ark, and then would have perished with the rest of the world in the flood.

His building the ark was a result of his belief.
