I'd comfort her and be there for her as a friend after she'd endured such an ordeal, like any friend worth their salt would do. I wouldn't tell her she deserved to be raped as no man or woman with the merest amount of humanity about them could even believe such a heinous thing let alone say it to someone else, especially a victim of such.

I'm her friend, not her keeper. Her own decisions will be her own to make although I'll show concern and worry should she ever decide on a course of action that I would consider dangerous, like most friends would. Telling a woman that she deserved to be beaten and raped is beyond atrocious.
