Well, hang on. Why can't you answer in regards to smoking around children? What possible, good reason can you have for doing that when it's indisputable that it causes harm? I'll take my habit outside, why can't you?
I grew up around smokers. It's just normal to smoke wherever I want to, whenever I want. If I had a child today I would try not to smoke around him/her

Well, it's restricted over here now. It used to be legal to smoke in pubs but not anymore, you have to go outside and as a smoker I support the tighter measures. If I want to smoke I won't do it in a house where there's children in it or non smokers. My best mate is a smoker but he won't smoke in the house and won't allow anyone else to either.

Hitler is a left wing socialist who wants the redistribution of income. He opposes free markets. He is a liberal, and so are his followers. Some are followers like muslims because they hate everybody, starting with Jews.

Nope, sorry Nicky, and it's not a case of 'is' anyway but 'was'. Guys dead or hadn't you heard? He was a fascist oppressor, much like yourself if you had your way - even if you haven't the "courage" to vote on internet thread polls...

The truth is, the protesters of the removal of the statue were supposed to be escorted to the speaking site by the police. The police didn't show up, there were barricades set up and the police would not tell the protesters where to enter the park. They were forced to walk through a WAITING mass of Antifa leftist terrorists. So, I'm sure the left sees this whole thing as a victory against Trump.

Not sure, but there are 'liberal' morals, liberal theologies, and liberal politics. I'd suppose one could be all or a few. A republican with loose morals and values? Yeah, we've seen that too. I'd have to ask "What kind of liberal do you mean?"

Incidentally, the people posting that (on their site) reportedly are locals, so they have a keen interest in what happened.

I do not believe te murder was part of either group. He may have wanted to be with the alt-right, but I will bet he did not march, or was part of the group. I think he was a loner who lacked social skills, as well, is unable to manage his emotions. I doubt he would have been part of an organized social group, no matter how deranged, he would have not made it in a social group.

Only time will show if I am right about this.

As there are "conservative" ones in turn. For the reasoned and non dingbat variety of poster there's generally some common ground to be had among the spectrum of political differences but lately I've found that far right wingers have an alarming hangup with ketchup and those on the left with mayonnaise.

Condiments...

The way I see it, this is about a man with serious mental issues who was a supporter of the alt right, at the risk of repeating myself.

Also interesting. Speculative but interesting. A poster at a blog said he found this on FB.

Unite the Right is a Soros-funded honeypot psy-op that employs the Pied Piper strategy to damage the Republican brand by insinuating that Antifa goons disguised as Nazis represent the views of the entire Right wing in America (This is what Creamer and Democracy Partners have been up to lately.) Some points that give the scam away:

1. Operation in Terry McAuliffe's state. No reason for this other than to give McAuliffe national attention for opposing it, launching him into the 2020 Dem primary. He even tried to Streisand more useful idiots into showing up by ordering everyone to stay away.

2. Use of the Confederate flag imagery. Republicans have no use for the Confederate flag (we never did, we crushed the Democrat rebellion that created the flag). We control the government for the vast majority of states at every level, the entire Federal government, and we own practically everything except a few tech companies. The only states we don't control are the ones that will always be cosmopolitan simply because they are coastal states whose economies run on imports and exports.

3. Ridiculously obvious propaganda shots that follow MSM and Democrats operating procedures of making a small group of 20 people appear to be a crowd of thousands.

4. Reports of violence against "Counter-protesters" at an "impromptu" rally. No one spontaneously organizes to counter-protest an impromptu rally unless they are associated with the organizers of the rally themselves.

5. The name. "Unite the Right". This is so obviously a "Pied Piper" op that I can't even. It is supposed to make the organization appear to represent the views of the entire Right Wing, so of course they go around giving Roman Salutes and waving Confederate flags and shouting "White Power!" while wearing Trump hats. And then of course these same leftists load up their other twitter accounts and attack Trump for not denouncing them hard enough. Standard divide and conquer nonsense. They are going after what they perceive to be his base of Nazis while tarnishing the Republican brand.

6. I follow tons of actual right wing news sources and I didn't hear a word about this nonsense until the day of. [so do I, nor had I] Meaning it was never meant to attract actual right wingers. It was just supposed to be their little group of antifa actors with haircuts and collared shirts, all paid for and organized by Soros and directed by guys like Bob Creamer who staged the violent protests at Trump's rallies a year ago.

"Unite the Right" is fake. All the people associated with it at a leadership level are controlled opposition. Don't fall for this scam. Don't give the Left anymore ammo to attack us as Nazis. But in the end, don't be too concerned, because the Left will label you a Nazi and attack you for supporting Trump no matter what else you do. Just stay strong and do the right thing and ignore the insanity of the Left. Don't believe their lies.

Never thought about that, but so true. I tend to like ranch on my fries, but mayo is still the base. However, that 'seems' progressive rather than conservative to me. I really resisted ranch on fries for a long time though!

Okay, I agree it's interesting that anyone would try to use an anonymous poster at an unnamed blog purporting to have found an unsupported bit of declaration to create a degree of disassociation for conservatives. And by interesting I mean neither surprising nor credible.

But let's look at the crazy thing anyway. :D

Some points that give the scam away:
It looks like the origin of this new narrative/alt take, is none other than Alex Jones. For those unfamiliar, Mr. Jones previous work includes 9/11 as a false flag, and Sandy Hook as a prepared hoax. :plain: On Saturday, Jones trotted out the Soros/conspiracy theory to predictable applause from the loons who follow his music while those only strongly needing distance used the trots distantly, as you'd expect. (Newsweek, today).

2. Use of the Confederate flag imagery. Republicans have no use for the Confederate flag (we never did, we crushed the Democrat rebellion that created the flag).

Except that the South is a conservative hotbed and most of the people upset about the removal of confederate monuments are conservatives who matter to the party, which is why this wasn't a Republican Party announcement.

We control the government for the vast majority of states at every level, the entire Federal government, and we own practically everything except a few tech companies. Funny on a number of levels, beginning with it being made by conspiracy theorist friendlies. :D

4. Reports of violence against "Counter-protesters" at an "impromptu" rally. o one spontaneously organizes to counter-protest an impromptu rally unless they are associated with the organizers of the rally themselves.
Even money which is worse, the logic or grammar. But why choose?

They are going after what they perceive to be his base of Nazis while tarnishing the Republican brand.
And then Momma Bear said, "Someone's been snorting my enormous pile of cocaine."

I'm going to cut through the additional declarative beans to a point anyone reading through it could get behind:

6. ...Don't fall for this scam.

Logic and grammar aren't exactly the main attributes of the conspiracy theorist in the main dude. I'm speaking from experience here...

Donald Trump under fire after failing to denounce Virginia white supremacists

President laments ‘hatred, bigotry and violence from many sides’ but senior Republicans and Democrats demand condemnation of far-right extremists

Man charged with murder after car rams woman at protest

Donald Trump has faced bipartisan criticism after failing to explicitly condemn the role of white supremacists in clashes with counter-protesters in Charlottesville, Virginia, that culminated in a car running into a crowd, killing at least one person.

An admirer of Hitler, a registered republican, seen carrying racist signs at the protest, and Nick thinks he's a "liberal."
