Are you going to get the flu vaccine to protect others like poster resodko or remain a danger to society and a hypocrite?

Res works with "the weak, sick and elderly," i.e., people who are at high risk for complications from the flu which can be deadly. I, on the other hand, do not work with people at high risk, am not exposed to them, and I'm not at risk myself, so I'm neither "a danger to society" nor "a hypocrite." But thanks for asking.

You encounter the "the weak, sick and elderly" in public everyday, hypocrite. Flu kills more people than measles, but you don't feel like getting the vaccine.

Science does not equal the progressive agenda. Scientists follow the scientific method. Scientists never shy away from evidence even if it comes from non " peer reviewed " sources.

Why do you call yourself a "Left Winger" on your profile? Clearly, you are misrepresenting yourself.

Oh dear God, again? Only the knowingly disingenuous would start a whole new thread after years of this stuff pretending the rest of what has transpired didn't exist.

Thanks to the measles vaccination, measles hardly kills anybody anymore (at least in the USA)...

It killed relatively few people before the vaccine in the U.S., and people viewed the virus as generally harmless. People used to bring their children to measles teas to intentionally infect them, which is why the rates of infection were so high before the vaccine. Now the rates of infection are the highest in history because the vaccine is an attenuated live measles virus; they just don't call an intentional measles infection by vaccination a case of the measles. The pharmaceutical companies found a way to get people to buy an infection they were getting for free from their neighbors.

It's an old thread. He revived it to spread more mindless vaccine propaganda.

Sure it does.

So people who are familiar with the research and have field experience.

Their opinions are based on evidence. You were shown research evidence on other threads; this isn't the first time you and I have gone round on this.
Then why are their no peer reviewed studies? Sure, they have experience, they also have an agenda.

Why dodge my point? I'm a thinking left winger as opposed to those who follow the latest talking points and who choose what to think about an issue based on what the movers and shakers of our side says, although there really is no side.

That vaccines don't work. Or that vaccines cause autism. Or that vaccines cause {insert calamity of choice}.

We are discussing an article I posted specifically about polio. Can't you follow the discussion? What do you disagree with in Dr. Humphries article? What studies are needed to prove her specific claims? Did you even read the article?
