Understanding the trinity.
The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are separate entities.
They are all present in each other, but their functions are different. The Father always stays in heaven. The Son comes into the world as the savior. The Holy Spirit glorifies the work of the Son and works in the life of the believer.
It is heresy to attribute to the Father or the Holy Spirit that which was accomplished by the Son. Jesus is the savior, not the Father or the Holy Spirit.
