Thanks to the Human Rights Commission, Washington state’s newest law makes businesses open their bathroom doors to both men and women – meaning, men must be granted equal and unfettered access to the ladies’ restrooms.
“This first-of-its-kind, statewide law is part of the recent push to frame gender-segregated bathrooms as an affront to ‘equality,’” wrote Joseph Backholm in the Family Policy Institute of Washington.
A new rule issued by the state’s HRC just took effect this month – and that’s after the Houston’s lesbian mayor lost her own personal campaign to open women’s restrooms to men, due to voter backlash. Voters in Missouri and Arkansas recently shot down similar proposals, too.
But Washington went a different way, and the HRC, which has rule-making powers, created a new mandate* for the entire state to abide.
As The Family Policy Institute pointed, the state’s been battling with the issue for some time.
“School boards throughout Washington state have been wrestling with it. The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap County recently made headlines when they created a policy allowing transgender men to use the women’s locker room under any and all circumstances,” the organization reported. “However, this is the first statewide mandate that forces businesses to cooperate with a customer’s confusion about his or her gender.”
And the repercussions could prove disastrous, the organization suggested.
“The safety and security of every woman in Washington should not be placed at risk in an attempt to be politically correct,” the post said. “We should be compassionate for the real challenges people face, but we shouldn’t be stupid.”
The new rule “also affects schools,” the policy organization found.
The Family Policy Institute reminded the “legislature has every right to fix this [rule] and they should,” and asked for concerned citizens to call their representatives to press for a striking of the new policy.

In the latest, astonishing act of draconian political correctness, the NYC Commission on Human Rights have updated a law on “Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Expression” to threaten staggering financial penalties against property owners who “misgender” employees or tenants.
Incidents that are deemed “wilful and malicious” will see property owners face up to $250,000 in fines, while standard violations of the law will result in a $125,000 fine. For small business owners, these sums are crippling.
It’s not as simple as referring to transmen “he” or transwomen as “she,” either. The legislation makes it clear that if an individual desires, property owners will have to make use of “zhe,” “hir” and any other preferred pronoun. From the updated legislation:
The NYCHRL requires employers and covered entities to use an individual’s preferred name, pronoun and title (e.g., Ms./Mrs.) regardless of the individual’s sex assigned at birth, anatomy, gender, medical history, appearance, or the sex indicated on the individual’s identification. Most individuals and many transgender people use female or male pronouns and titles.
Some transgender and gender non-conforming people prefer to use pronouns other than he/him/his or she/her/hers, such as they/them/theirs or ze/hir.

Sentenced to 11 years in prison, Vass, a Hungarian national, was the first person convicted in Florida for trafficking gay men under the state's tougher human trafficking law that took effect in 2012, authorities said.

I have on numerous occasions (refer to Part 3's table of contents on homosexual teen suicide, disease, etc.).
Perverts have convinced these morally confused children (many who were sexually molested and living in fatherless/dysfunctional homes, thus having acquired same sex desires) that there is no way out of their 'deathstyle'. In fact these very same perverts have passed laws in numerous states stating that these sexually confused children can't even get help from trained professional therapists. Thinking that there is no hope left, many of these sexually confused youth turn to drugs and to the streets, where perverts salivating like a hungry dog waiting for scraps from the dinner table anxiously await their arrival (Pederasts like Harvey Milk and HRC founder Terry Bean are just two examples).

For some. But for those morally confused people that turn to prostitution, we have laws (in every state except Nevada) that prohibits such conduct and people (Christians) who attempt to show these morally confused people a better way.
