That's 12 pounds lost in the past 3 weeks despite binges of pizza, lasagna, and donuts.
I'm kinda concerned.
It's just more muscle to burn off more energy than less muscle can, even while resting (so they say).
The mother in me is wondering if you are going to get that checked out.I'm sure some of it is water weight, since I've been cramping quite a bit lately.
