When you fell off to 161, I began to worry about you, Gertrude.

You seem to know a lot about the law, Gladys. Didn't you tell your father, that in three years you're going over the wall, wise guy? Ah, dry up.....

(Thursday night workout)


Read a few saint john w posts for "inspiration", then:


Bench press: 242.5 x 17
Overhead press: 132.5 x 14
Sissy squats: 100 x 10

And, lasagna :chew:

Thursday night work out:

Yelled strenuously, at the wise guys, at "Whataburger," who put 3 slices of cheese, on my triple Whataburger meal, instead of 2, and put a cherry in my vanilla shake, and gave me a large frie, instead of a medium, along with my onion rings-I explained to them that I was in training!

Took a nap.
