I just gave you a quote from a link you posted to an article published in 2011 which states that according to IPCC projections, Arctic ice "will remain in place until the 2030s". The fact that David Vaughan apparently decided to break ranks in 2012 and come up with his own extreme projection of no ice by 2015 is therefore not the IPCC's fault.

Yes, a number of them have made extreme weather predictions that thankfully haven't come true, but I gave you an example of a paper published in the journal Science in August 1981 that turned out to be largely accurate in its projections for the future.

The problem is, the things they might have gotten right do not justify the insane scaremongering and demands for billions of dollars.
