If a judge orders you to decrypt the only existing copies of incriminating files, are your constitutional rights against compelled self-incrimination being violated?

That’s the provocative question being raised as a Wisconsin man faces a deadline today either to give up his encryption keys or risk indefinite imprisonment without a trial. The defendant’s attorney, Robin Shellow of Milwaukee, said it’s “one of the most important constitutional issues of the wired era.”

Milk

Should the drinking age limited be lowered?

Eliminated

Should the age limit for driving be extended?

Eliminated

Should creation be taught in public schools?

There shouldn't be public schools

Is this a Christian nation?

Not anymore.

Trash pickup and putting the trash underground and burying is recycling. Everybody recycles. Some like me just don't participate in the redistribution of money.

Is cosmetic surgery wrong

Depends on the purpose.

Human Trafficking: What are your ideas for prevention?

Executing offenders as God says would put a stop to it quickly.

Stem cell research

Sure. Lots of information has been gathered from adult stem cells.

Religious Organizations: Should they pay taxes?

No, just the individual members.

I want a turn at this...
Dark chocolate or milk chocolate? Which is best?
For what?

Should the drinking age limit be lowered?
No, then your sentence would just look silly (edited out the 'ed').

Should the age limit for driving be extended?
To whom?

Should creation be taught in public schools?
No, but it should be in church.

Is this a Christian nation?
No and it never was, though it remains and always has been a nation of Christians, for the most part.

Do you recycle? Why or why not?
Yes/it's responsible citizenship/stewardship.

Is cosmetic surgery wrong (sinful, immoral, whatever wording you prefer)?
Not inherently.

Human Trafficking: What are your ideas for prevention?
Enforce the law.

Stem cell research, yay or nay?
Embryonic? Nay. Else, yay.

Religious Organizations: Should they pay taxes?
Not so long as other charitable institutions don't. No.

Here's one: is repetition of a moral principle that is understood (accepted or not) by those you pronounce it to a virtuous act or more akin to praying in the public square?
