Cosby Is a Serial Rapist

The drugs were hidden in drinks. A practice that still occurs to this day.

There does seem to be a mentality of "they shouldn't have accepted a drink or have been out drinking in the first place".

IF that is the standard, then the only reasonable solution would be to ban alcohol. That way there is no picking and choosing of who should or shouldn't be out drinking.

[She should not be alone with a man to whom she is not married.] Yup, if it's good enough for Egypt, ISIS and the Taleban, it should be good enough for America.
:CRASH: Islam is a perversion of Christianity (Ge 3:16).

Woman can be foolish (Jb 2:10) and gullible (2 Tim. 3:6).

After he'd insisted the women took the drug and had sex with him willingly, Cosby's lawyer advised him not to answer the question of whether he spiked anyone's drink. That looks bad. Maybe he did. But no one will be able to prove he slipped her a Mickey, just as he won't be able to prove he never slipped one.

If a man has a drunken, loose woman on his hands, he covers her up and takes her home. He doesn't take advantage of her unless he's an animal. Gal. 5:19

Umm...inebriated?

Not necessarily. Due to the fact that she was drugged, it can't be known whether or not she was even inebriated.

Plus ... there is the old saying "drugs and alcohol don't mix". He's lucky his actions didn't cause her to die.

Okay; "under the influence" is broader but more accurate. And yeah, I'm surprised--to a point--that none of these women died.

Unfortunately, that tells me he knew exactly what he was doing.

I get the sense that he was so good at delivering the proper dose that he even had the antidote on hand, if needed.

The thing he couldn't have known ... is whether or not these women would have an unanticipated reaction to these drugs.

I can see you're basically defending Cosby but it's true. All of these incidents occurred years or decades ago and it's all hearsay. There were no other witnesses and no evidence, another devious part of Bill's plan. So Bill may get off 99% of any charges.

I can see on his face how guilty he is

Regardless of whether or not he is ever convicted, he will never redeem his reputation.

That's true, nobody will ever look at him the same way, even his own wife and children. It's amazing that he would think these things could be kept secret with so many victims. He settled with some already, showing guilt IMO.

He will never get advertising gigs or any other gigs in show business. Bill Cosby will be reduced to fighting court cases and charges across the nation for the rest of his life.

You really ought to change the title of this thread in the interest of accuracy. It is already clear that Cosby is a serial adulterer. He admits it. He's arguably even a predatory one.

But to call him a serial rapist is, so far, unproven in a court of law. So at the very least, you should add a question mark to the end of this thread's title.

PS

I am NOT defending Cosby. He may well be a serial rapist. I'm defending what's left of our system of laws. People who have already declared him guilty of multiple rapes are the problem here, not me.
