She gets groped but puts him off. Afterwards, she willingly sees him on several occasions, sometimes letting herself be alone with a man she knows wants to get her pants off. Then, after all that, she willingly takes three pills and wine from him, and blacks out. All this she admits on record.

I don't feel the slightest bit sorry for him either. But all the information is not available, and likely never will be unless someone confesses to something they've either not said yet, or confesses to lying about what they have said. No one is likely to do that.
