IF by regular guy you mean ... due to his fame and fortune, he gets away with things that other men would be incarcerated for, I agree with you!
I think many of the "victims" were willingly meeting with Cosby and must have known or considered possible sexual relations. Perhaps many thought their careers would be advanced or that they could be a kept woman of a superstar, accepting the seedy meetings and places and being alone with slick willy.
While that could be a possibility, the moment he decided to drug these girls, he took away their ability to consent.
Yes, when he slipped something to the victims that's rape, but any that knowingly took pills or drugs can change things. It's funny that Bill was never out cold. It takes a real pervert to enjoy sex with a limp lifeless woman.

Right, because we should always assume that most woman are whores at heart.
With so many victims it's very probable that some women were willing partners, especially any that had multiple encounters. You know what people are capable of if they think fame or fortune could be had by frolicking with a wealthy superstar.

I don't think it's probable to assume that at all. Cosby was at this for 40 years. I'm surprised the number is not much higher, and in fact, it probably is. But only a few women out of the whole group of them are willing to step up and tell their story.
And he clearly exhibited a pattern of pretending to be a "mentor" to young aspiring actresses and comedians, inviting them to come to his house or room to discuss this mentorship, and then drugging them when it was clear that they were not going to willingly let him have sex with them (I'm sure some did let him, but they are not at issue, here). Why anyone would want to blame this kind of sexual assault on the women is beyond reasonable comprehension. Seems like one would have to hate women nearly as much as Cosby himself does to do something like that.
