me too. still waiting.

Christians have already answered you people multiple times, and have told you Paul's gospel is the same as the gospel Abraham believed unto righteousness.

So what are you waiting for?

Wow. Wouldn't want to bore the almighty and divine john w.

Dig? (Who even says that?)

Oh, and I see you prefer proof-texting the death of the letter rather than someone being a living epistle as Paul exhorts.

Now, you are showing some respect.

Wait...

"proof texting"

Translated: Punt, with a "letter rather than someone being a living epistle as Paul exhorts."

It's also known as subjectivity, and your reference to "living epistle" in no way "argues" against expounding on the scripture, Timmy. Paul's uses the "epistle" analogy in aay that has NADA toi do with the issue, as you spam. It's a crafty way of allegedly "proving" anything you want. We are busy men/women on TOL. Now, tell us, using chapter/verse, what "Paul's gospel" is.

I will tell you what it isn't-it's not this, from your buddy Herod-ette, the wicked Calvinist, Pilate:

"Any person who lives his life wrongly and does not repent of his sins, will be held responsible and judged for breaking God's laws and are justly consigned to death and hell. Sinners only receive what they have earned. Men reap what they sow."-evil "woman" Nag

I love you. The "Accuser" will fall.

His power was destroyed on the cross (Hebrews 2:14), and that is why he is frantic, and flailing, and squawking so loud at Christ's spiritual children.

His days are numbered and he knows it . . .

Well, let's see, Nang and PPS think that they are saved and MAD people are not because of their behavior. MAD people think that Nang and PPS are not saved because they believe that men are saved by their behavior. I guess that puts us all at an impasse.

Now what?

Correct. Nag asserts, like all good Clavinists/Calvinists, that they are saved, one of "the elect," because their lifestyle tells them so. They will deny it, but it's the only way for them to have their alleged assurance, since the book never identifies "the elect."

So you conclude

I didn't say this:

"If one professes to be in Christ, but does not act holy as Christ is holy, that evidences what that professor is NOT."

you did. You look at what people DO or DON'T DO to determine whether they are saved or not. According to your own words above, Paul (again, according to you) is not saved.

Coming out of the serpent she is. You'd ought to put method with your madness, or at least let the rest of us have a clue, or a buzz.

Hate John Calvin all you want, he's dead.

Jim can't be here. I am. Leave Nang alone. Theology only.

Request denied. You don't have the authority. Dismissed, Sgt. Schultz.

I'll just leave you to diddle in the corner with your psychotropics. This is insanity. Way weirder than the devout Catholics, and that's pretty weird.

Neo-Judaizers. Works according to law methodology. I'll just leave you to all that.

Show us,

"chapter and verse, where the 12(which included her Saint Judas), ever preached, prior to the dbr...

"Hey everyone!!!! Good news!!!! The Master is going to die for our/your sins...be buried,......raised again for your justification!!!! Believe this good news, to be saved/justified!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I thought so. I picked him apart, reducing him to sound bytes. That is why I am a TOL legend, with post after post, praised, nominated for POTD/Y, and feared by the wolves, and, at the same time, humble throughout it all. And I'm a former Roman, Catholic, to top it off. You are welcome, for me giving you the honor, to engage me in a discussion. No charge.

Why would the Apostles preach the Gospel before Jesus cut the covenant with His own body and blood and was resurrected and ascended and seated?

So why would I need to quote chapter and verse of something that didn't happen or exist?

What kind of trap do you think you're setting? Whatever it is, I'm not in it.

Weird.

More humanism-"I don't get it...why would.....?"

You missed it. Naggie, and others, spam "one gospel," one piece of good news, in the book. Pay attention to the "argument," Timmy.

It sounds like a threat to me . . .

No, it's a line from "The Godfather." Of course, since you're usually boozed up when you "post," and the junkie/mystic is "stoned," neither of you "get it," and the post of the junkie's, that initiated my quite humerous post, you nasty Naggie.

"The Last Judgment

Finally we believe, according to God's Word, that when the time appointed by the Lord is come (which is unknown to all creatures) and the number of the elect is complete, our Lord Jesus Christ will come from heaven, bodily and visibly, as he ascended, with great glory and majesty, to declare himself the judge of the living and the dead. He will burn this old world, in fire and flame, in order to cleanse it. Then all human creatures will appear in person before the great judge-- men, women, and children, who have lived from the beginning until the end of the world. They will be summoned there by the voice of the archangel and by the sound of the divine trumpet.[79] For all those who died before that time will be raised from the earth, their spirits being joined and united with their own bodies in which they lived. And as for those who are still alive, they will not die like the others but will be changed "in the twinkling of an eye" from "corruptible to incorruptible."[80] Then "the books" (that is, the consciences) will be opened, and the dead will be judged according to the things they did in the world,[81] whether good or evil. Indeed, all people will give account of all the idle words they have spoken,[82] which the world regards as only playing games. And then the secrets and hypocrisies of men will be publicly uncovered in the sight of all. Therefore, with good reason the thought of this judgment is horrible and dreadful to wicked and evil people. But it is very pleasant and a great comfort to the righteous and elect, since their total redemption will then be accomplished. They will then receive the fruits of their labor and of the trouble they have suffered; their innocence will be openly recognized by all; and they will see the terrible vengeance that God will bring on the evil ones who tyrannized, oppressed, and tormented them in this world. The evil ones will be convicted by the witness of their own consciences, and shall be made immortal-- but only to be tormented in the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels.[83] In contrast, the faithful and elect will be crowned with glory and honor. The Son of God will "confess their names"[84] before God his Father and the holy and elect angels; all tears will be "wiped from their eyes";[85] and their cause-- at present condemned as heretical and evil by many judges and civil officers-- will be acknowledged as the "cause of the Son of God." And as a gracious reward the Lord will make them possess a glory such as the heart of man could never imagine. So we look forward to that great day with longing in order to enjoy fully the promises of God in Christ Jesus, our Lord."
