why do liberals ALWAYS take the side of the vile?

Stop lying and stop trolling.
Both actions show you are too childish to post on the grownup forums.

Maybe you should find a grade school English teacher who can teach you grammar so you won't end up looking so foolish when you make such avoidable mistakes.

Maybe you can find some poor people to accost and insult.

You were busted and now you're making a complete fool of yourself, as opposed to partially the last few days. If you're expecting an atta-boy for being a snob and a liar, you wandered into the wrong thread.
Do you need a grade school English teacher to teach you grammar, too?
The quotes proved that I did not lie.

Barb didn't say anything about illegals. You lied, and now you're doubling down on your lies. You went from being a snobby little weasel to a boring little twerp in the space of about a day.

If anyone interesting wants to chime in and get the thread back on track, feel free.

Here's where GO made his original accusation. Note that the word "if"is not present. So even GO's defense is a lie.

And by now, you're surely aware that everyone is on to your "foreigners voting" dishonesty. Why not just give that up?
:greedy:I see you support illegal immigrants voting for Democrats.
Democrats Benefit From Illegal Immigrant Voting

It stands to reason that illegal immigrants who are illegally registered to vote would have a very real stake in seeing to it that Republicans do not come to power with their far right ideas about requiring proof of citizenship to vote (which has been required since the founding of the Republic) and to be employed in this country. After all, if these laws were seriously enforced, it might be intolerable for illegal immigrants to live in the U.S. They would, presumably, lose employment, subsidized medical care, and the right to vote for candidates for will perpetuate such a way of life.
Now I remember why I keep disappearing from TOL. It's much like a soap opera...no matter how long you stay away, when you come back it's like you haven't missed anything. Same subjects. Same exaggerated, unbelievable characters. Nothing changes. In a rational difference of opinion there must at least be some reasonable hope of resolution. Continuing to follow a course that is proven to lead nowhere is folly and a waste of precious time.

Have to agree. The routine gets old. There's not much comfort or satisfaction in seeing GO make a fool of himself, lie repeatedly, and then double down. Frankly that kind of shtick is boring, and so is he.

What do you think The Barbarian meant by this remark?
And by now, you're surely aware that everyone is on to your "foreigners voting" dishonesty. Why not just give that up?
To me, it was a retraction of his earlier statement that only American Citizens had the right to vote, which I didn't question until he made this remark.

Continuing to follow a course that is proven to lead nowhere is folly and a waste of precious time.
Yes, The Barbarian should have stopped trolling this thread a long time ago.

Here's the bottom line, GO:

You were busted and now you're making a complete fool of yourself, as opposed to partially the last few days. If you're expecting an atta-boy for being a snob and a liar, you wandered into the wrong thread.

Nothing you can do, can erase it. You can eventually live it down, if you learn from it and stop pretending you didn't say what you did.

You have been trolling this thread for quite some time.
I don't believe you can live it down.
Maybe you should have stuck to the conversation instead of snivelling.

It's rare that someone nails himself so thoroughly as a liar as GO did on this thread. But now it's getting boring. Worth archiving, though.

I see your lying and trolling is still continuing.

You really should have stopped a long time ago.

But, lying and trolling is standard operating procedures for liberals like you.

It appears that you haven't actually read the words of Jesus that I was referring to.
In some Bibles those words are marked by red letters, like this:

Matthew 4:17
17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Here is the definition from Wiktionary (a non-Biblical reference site)
_____
βασιλεία

From βασιλεύω "I rule, I am king"

1. Lit. "Place of the king." A royal palace.
2. A kingdom, a dominion
3. A hereditary monarchy
4. The office of king
_____

Jesus spoke often of a king and a kingdom, but never spoke of voting.
He never spoke of going online and insulting others.

He did talk about where the powers of the world were in his day. Even Jews knew that Caesar had a kingdom, a dominion and a hereditary monarchy.

Naturally, after his death Jesus was declared "King." This is a worldly term for someone who is a great man.

Anyone who publicly said "Jesus is Lord" or "King of the Jews" was committing high treason.

Caesar was the true Son of God. His lofty titles were on the coins and carved in marble on the buildings and temples. Jesus was seen as a pretender.

In fact, the pagan enemies of the Christians said things like "It is all well and good that your Jesus is a "son of God." We get that. What we don't get is why your Jesus comes from the peasantry instead of being of royal birth."

go writes:
Show me in the Bible where Jesus said that transients, foreigners, poor, hungry, and prisoners have the right to vote?
You can't do it.

Show us where He said that you have to own property to vote. And by now, you're surely aware that everyone is on to your "foreigners voting" dishonesty. Why not just give that up?

Jesus and his followers stood in opposition to religion as well as government. It wasn't until the early 50s, when Christians began to find out where the real secular power was that they began to try to legitimize the Roman government in some of their writings--particularly the letters of Paul.
