Donald J. Trump will go down as the worst president in history.
Who? :noway:
Donald J. Trump will go down as the worst president in history.
hehe!and he'll still be better than hillary ever would have!
People still don't get what Americans are, and what they want, and what they want to keep, and what they want to be rid of.
The fact that the good old USA was able to survive the constant attacks on her foundation by Obama and his minions just proves just how strong the country is!
Rush was wrong. That's all. He was wrong. Chicken Little fear-mongering.
We didn't collapse...
As for the debt, Reagan started that ball rolling, and Obama inherited the rise that was accelerated under Bush.
Rush had real concerns about the economy under Obama and to say that he was only fear-mongering does not reflect the truth.
Dont count your chickens before they hatch. If the economy is not handled right at this stage then it can indeed still collapse.
I make no excuse for Bush because he was never conservative when it involved the economy. On the other hand, when Reagan began his presidency Carter had left the economy in shambles. Reagan performed a real miracle to restore the economy to one of rapid growth. But he did have to prime the pump, so to speak.
Now if we are to recover from the mess which Obama left us Trump will have to perform a miracle and this time the economy will also need to be primed just like under Reagan.
Too late, the damage is done, the fear-mongering unfounded.
Rush predicted collapse if Obama was reelected, and when Obama was reelected, the economy didn't collapse, California didn't go belly-up, you still have your guns and your religion.
Prime the pump? That's a bit of a euphemism there.
So you're already excusing Trump for a future euphemism?
Yes, the damage is done and it was done by Obama. And if things are not handled correctly at this point of time the damage which Obama inflicted on the economy will bring it crashing to the ground. So Obama's legacy concerning the economy hangs in the balance.
And his damage was so great that it will take a miracle worker to save it from collapse.
When I spoke of priming the pump I was speaking about cutting back on the corporate tax rate (which will initially cause less money in the US treasury) but it will be made up when business starts booming and the actual amount of taxes paid will actually increase.
Of course no one expected a community organizer to understand that. Way above his head!
We're talking about Rush's prediction, and his prediction was wrong.
In regard to Obama's foreign policy i cannot even imagine anyone doing worse.
Why did Obama speak of what he would do when he drew a red line and then he did nothing?
Then he pulled all of our troops out of Iraq against the advice of all of His generals and this lead to ISIS!
The places where Obama claimed victory are now all on fire!
The damage which he inflicted in his foreign policy was even worse than the damage which he inflicted on the economy.
We're talking about Rush's prediction, and his prediction was wrong. No "it could still happen" can alter the fact that Rush was wrong, and Obama has served out his term and we have not collapsed. Rush doesn't get a time extension here.
"Priming the pump" is a euphemism for "increasing the deficit."
Our meddling in the Middle East led to ISIS.
GW was far worse, because we should never have gone into Iraq in the first place. After the lives lost or maimed, both military and civilian, the regions destabilized, diplomacy squandered, the trillions spent on war instead of on infrastructure, education, and other more worthy expenditures - all that and more was much, much worse.
Big deal! Rush was wrong and Obama said we could keep our doctor and our health plan!
Are you referring to the meddling to which Hillary gave her support?
What was far worse was the fact that Obama pulled out of Iraq against the advice of his own generals and as a result all of the sacrifices of our brave men were for nothing.
Whew! Glad we finally got that cleared up!
The meddling began decades before GW opened the floodgates with the support of all those who voted for war, including Hillary and quite a few militant evangelicals who saw it as another crusade.
They would still be with us whole and alive if they hadn't been sent "for nothing" in the first place.
