Real Christians stay out of politics, keep their head down, and care about their communities instead of trying to for what they feel is godly legislation on the unsaved evil masses who reject it out of hand because darkness hates the light.
Our problem is one of the heart, not one of imperfect secular laws.
Fix people heart and the rest will follow... try and restrict their behavior and you only make your job more difficult.
The last time I checked cohabitation involves two people.

How do you "care about your communities" if you don't have righteous laws and civil magistrates that enforce them?
People's hearts can't be fixed by an immoral society that has turned government into a secular humanist institution; has redefined the definition of the family, and is currently redefining what God's Word in Holy Scripture says when it comes to human sexuality (i.e. homosexual affirming churches).
How do you propose to "fix people's hearts" when all the institutions designed to guide those hearts are broken?

You seem to be one of those that are in love with your perceived christian code of morality and community but wont give Jesus the time of day.... one of those fake Christians that I run into all the time.
Jesus nor the Apostles cared about civil institutions... neither should you.
The basis for morality (and hence righteous laws) come from Jesus (The Son of God/God in the flesh).
Yet I'd pointed out that two of His apostles wrote about the role of civil government. (yet another bold faced lie HS has been caught telling).
Now if you want to return to the subject of the OP, which mocks cohabitation laws (which I've shown since decriminalizing them has caused more abortions and fatherless homes), then let's do so, if not, have a wonderful Huffington Post day.

And whoever put me on that list is bearing false witness against me... Jesus is fully God and man. But I do not adhere to any man made constructs that describe what the trinity is supposed to be. God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are 3 in 1.

There is no comment about the civil government there unless you read into it... the scriptures basically state that it is what it is and it will be held accountable for its actions in front of God, ultimately.
It is for God to judge, not us... we have bigger fish to fry.
