who is there to hate?
I can't remember ever liking all four teams playing for the championship
but
I still know who I want to win
as much as I like rogers
he is over paid and don't want to see him win
I really like luck but he is young and has plenty of time to set records
brady should win just because he is not over paid
and
you can thank belichick for that

You really seem to have an issue with some of these salaries. Do you like Major League baseball?

I dunno...some exotic zone blitzes might really confuse him. The game really has changed.

But why would United be confused? He would have modern coaching, access to video analysis of opposing defenses, and all the other information and data that any other modern QB would have available to them. Unites was famous for his football intelligence and acumen. Unless were are going to argue that a QB like Peyton Manning is more intelligent that John Unitas?

not really
the game has really suffered due to outrageous salaries
it is all about the star
and
not about the team
I still like to go to the park for a game
but
I prefer the minor league

Speaking of the AAFC and how it doesn't count to at least one member of TOL....

While Graham was guiding the Browns, Cleveland played in 10 straight title games and had four AAFC and three NFL championships.

The NFL doesn't count AAFC championships.

The NFL only recognizes the following teams as champions from 1946-1949 (which are the years the Browns won AAFC championships).

1946 - Chicago Bears

1947 - Chicago Cardinals

1948 - Philadelphia Eagles

1949 - Philadelphia Eagles

The 1948 Browns went 15-0 in the AAFC

So, if the AAFC games count, then someone should tell the 72' Dolphins.

Can you imagine if Unitas played today? Perhaps a 6,000 yard passing season?!
I don't know. He and Star weren't known to be fleet of foot and they stood about six feet one, one ninety four pounds, which is short and light in the modern game.

According to the Pro Football Hall of Fame website, there are 27 members from the Green Bay Packers in the HOF.

HERE
Guy, we were talking about towns, not teams. :chuckle:

so think about it

why isn't brady overpaid?

he has more playoff wins
and
more super bowls
than
any of the overpaid quarterbacks we have now

Gary Kubiak is meeting with the Broncos.

I hope he becomes the head coach of the Broncos because it will hurt the Ravens a little to lose Kubiak.

FYI: Kubiak went to 5 Super Bowls with Elway; 3 as Elway's backup QB, and 2 as Elway's OC.

Gary will make a good fit for the Broncos, I think that John will bebnefit from it too.

To me it's seems natural that Gary would come back to Denver, I think it's right.

I've been a Broncos fan since their inception in 1960, win lose or draw, they always be may absolute favorite football team, bar none.

Those first 17 years must have been tough for you.

However, things changed. Since 1975 the Broncos have had only 5 losing seasons.

That's even better than the Steelers. The Steelers have had 7 losing seasons during the same time period.
