The Bible teaches that we are sinners and saints at the same time.
In God's eyes we are perfect and complete "In Christ" Colossians 2:10.
In our own eyes and the eyes of others we are sinners, 1 Timothy 1:15.

No, I don't worship the Bible. But the Bible is a wonderful book, I believe ALL OF IT, not just some of it. I don't have a problem with any of it.

The efficacy of Christ's Blood is not contingent on the action of mere men.
But all those He gave His Life for are Saved to the uttermost Heb. 7:25, because by His Death He satisfied God's Law and Justice on their behalf !
It's because of His Work on behalf of all the Elect Chosen in Him Eph. 1:4, His Seed Gal. 3:16, that they are born again and given Faith to Believe on Him Phil. 1:29; Gal. 5:22. For He fulfilled all the conditions for each one of them!

The Bible clearly teaches that Jesus died for the sins of the whole world, 1 John 2:2.

There are numerous scriptures that tell us Jesus is the savior of the whole world.
Because of your spiritual blindness you can't see it.
