1. What the US isn't telling countries is that their only EFFECTIVE method for controlling teen promiscuity is a sex education program that removes all rights of the parents to include handing out condoms and legalizing convenience abortions.
Still waiting for you to demonstrate how the U.S. is promoting promiscuity. Are you saying our government is forcing the DR to run a program of sex education? Then why isn't the U.S. forcing the DR to run abortion mills?
Or, first demonstrate us doing the first then explain how you can resist the U.S. policy on abortion but cannot help yourselves in relation to how sex education is taught.
Kids will be taught to have sex at an early age and masturbate with their friends and watch pornography.
First demonstrate that as a U.S. policy and program and then explain how you can resist the U.S. position on abortion but not on sex education. And if that program isn't in place and we know promiscuity is and has been a problem for the DR, how is that remotely the fault of the U.S. government again?
2. Once they have their foot in the door to allow for revamping of a Christian oriented sex education they will push for sexual orientation equality to be included.
So that's a will, as in hasn't, as in your charge is specious and part of that Anti American problem I noted. We don't then actually promote promiscuity in the DR. You're just sure we will?
3. The US also doesn't tell countries since sexual education started in the 60's the teen promiscuity rate has increased from 5% to 50% among high school students.
You know what else began with the 60s? The sexual revolution and a dramatic shift in how we viewed sexuality in our country. That said, we've seen a decline in teen pregnancies over the past twenty years, by about half. So education is having an impact here.
4. Ambassador Brewster is promoting Gay tourism where perverts are enticed to come from the US and Europe to have sex with our young men. Furthermore, he said the economic value of the tourism is 1.4 billion dollars, which is quite significant for a poor country.
I'm sure it is, but unless the U.S. is actively sanctioning rape I don't think tourists are the problem and I really want to nail down the teenage promiscuity before we move into other areas.
