It should be a crime to call for a riot. Or to organize a riot. Trump did none of those things.
If some deranged psycho listens to some boring speech on various chicken recipes, and for some warped reason feels "incited" to riot at the closest KFC, that's on the psycho. It's not the speaker's fault. The speaker did not call for nor organize the riot.
The word "incite" is being used by the left to censor their political opponents. Censoring their opponents is what, historically, dictators have always done. It's what Putin does today. The left is just like Putin in this regard.
Was what happened on J6 a crime in your opinion?
Trump, Ray Epps, and Stewart Rhodes (among many others) incited a riot at the Capitol on J6. Of those three I named, only one is currently in prison. Can you guess why that is?

Is "inciting a riot" part of your above "coup plan"? If Trump was carrying out your "coup plan" by "inciting a riot at the Capitol on J6", then, by all means, Professor, tell us why Trump has never gone to prison for having "incited a riot at the Capitol on J6"!
Isn't planning/attempting a coup something for which a coup planner/attempter would ordinarily be (at least) sent to prison, Professor @User Name?
