Well, this is the politics section so not so much interested in the religious aspects you're bringing in here.

My faith informs my political stance. Don't like that I'm bringing my faith into the politics section? Then why are you on a Theology board?

I sure don't recall you being so critical of Trump in that regard when he was serving

Because, as I have stated multiple times, I have no dog in that fight.

I'm a monarchist. They (politicians, generally speaking) are all evil, and the whole system needs to be scrapped.

along with others who have now distanced themselves away from him on here. In fact I recall you being one of those who stated that he didn't lose the 2020 election even if you weren't an ardent supporter of him as such.

The evidence shows that the election was stolen from him.

By all means, correct me if I'm wrong and you didn't buy into the ridiculous conspiracy bunk?

You aren't wrong that I stated (and continue to hold the position, based on the evidence) that Trump did not, in fact, lose the election, but that doesn't make it "ridiculous conspiracy bunk."

There's a reason why there are different sections to this forum and while your faith may inform your political views, nobody else is obliged to address that particular side of your argument. If you want to talk about how Trump needs to be saved and whatnot then put it in religion? Should all of the music threads etc in the 'and the rest' section be spiritual only by way of? Of course not.

Hey, you're talking to someone who is cynical all ends up where it comes to politicians and politics of all brands here. It's constantly bemusing how someone like Trump can be venerated to the point of mindless adulation and that's happened from several quarters on here.

What evidence would that be exactly? Unless you've got something special to bring to the table then yeah, you actually are buying into conspiracy bunk that nobody outside of those circles takes seriously and the results were accepted a long time ago.

Sarcasm just whooshes right over your head...much like a UFO!
Feel free to tell us what you "really" meant by your "sarcasm".

Since you call what you wrote, here, "sarcasm":
Any Republican who does not support what Trump says must surely be a RINO swamp monster!
--feel free to tell us what you really meant by it, by rewriting it now without sarcasm.

Remember that calling your stupidity "sarcasm" whenever your stupidity is subjected to embarrassing criticism is never going to hide your stupidity.

BREAKING: Tucker Carlson Releases Evidence Showing Ray Epps Perjured Himself in Sworn Testimony to Jan 6 Committee (VIDEO)

Ray Epps, the pro-Trump man at the center of a right-wing conspiracy theory about the Jan. 6 riots, has demanded that Tucker Carlson publicly retract the “false and defamatory” claims he’s pushed about Epps being a federal agent who incited the Capitol riots. Epps’ lawyer Michael Teter sent a letter to Carlson on Thursday urging the host to issue a “formal apology for the lies” he and others at Fox have spread about the former Marine, according to The New York Times. “The fanciful notions that Mr. Carlson advances on his show regarding Mr. Epps’s involvement in the Jan. 6 insurrection are demonstrably (and already proven to be) false,” Teter added. “And yet Mr. Carlson persists with his assault on the truth.” In fact, Carlson took aim at Epps as recent as Wednesday night. “The Biden Department of Justice has announced it is going to try and jail another up to 1,200 protesters from Jan. 6,” Carlson declared. “Is Ray Epps going to be among them? Considering he is on tape multiple times calling for people to break the law? We’ll see.” Such retraction requests, it should be noted, are often sent when legal teams are preparing to file lawsuits.

@User Name, what's not for you to love about your fellow Trump-hater, Ray Epps calling for people to break the law, so long as his doing so can be used by Trump-haters as props in your continual defamatory attempts against law-abiding people (including Trump)? It's perfectly in keeping with your Democrat/Nazi/antifa "the end justifies the means" mentality; even miscreants like you and Ray Epps can don red MAGA hats as often as necessary in your attempts to disguise the nature and motivation of your crimes as agitators.

Why is it so important to you that Ray Epps be protected?

  1. @User Name, is it false that Epps incited riots at the Capitol on J6? Yes or No?
  2. @User Name, is it true that Epps incited riots at the Capitol on J6? Yes or No?
If it's true that Epps incited riots at the Capitol on J6, then why would you want to try to protect Epps's own contrary, preferred story that it's "false and defamatory", @User Name?

If it's false that Epps incited riots at the Capitol on J6, then what do you want to tell us Epps was doing at the Capitol on J6, @User Name?

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Who is protecting Ray Epps?
Um, maybe (at least) Ray Epps and his lawyer(s) are trying to protect Ray Epps? Did you not read your own copy/paste from The Daily Beast, @User Name? Do youn't consider filing an anti-defamation lawsuit to be an attempt to protect oneself? For Epps's sake, I hope his lawyers aren't as dumb as you are, @User Name!

Ray Epps protecting himself is obvious, nimnoo, and would go entirely without saying by anyone with any sense. Jeff said that Ray Epps is "being protected," which implies that larger players than just himself/his lawyer(s) are involved. Who?

"Larger players"? That's your phrase, not @Jefferson's. So feel free to specify what (if anything) you mean by it.

"Larger" in what way(s)?
"Larger" by how much (in whatever units of measurement you have in mind)?

Ray Epps protecting himself is obvious,
No it's not. Ray Epps trying to sound threatening by pretending he intends to try to protect himself is obvious.

Epps incited riots at the Capitol on J6, yes.

Trump incited riots at the Capitol on J6, yes.

Stewart Rhodes incited riots at the Capitol on J6, yes.

And so forth and so on...

You claim:
Epps incited riots at the Capitol on J6, yes.
Epps disagrees with you, and calls your claim "false and defamatory". You're (according to what is said in your copy/paste from The Daily Beast) supporting Tucker Carlson, so should Epps sue you along with Carlson, to force you to retract your claim?
