Meh, in the case of Obama, he isn't a serial liar, cheater or traitor of the country ... so it wasn't necessary to look for some sinister meaning behind the comment.
Exactly. We expect the President, while sitting, to maintain relations with Russia, and even sometimes for those relations to be unpopular. We do not expect, or want, those relations to be personal and closer than the loyalty to the nation.
There is nothing genuinely scandalous about this. It's not conspiratorial. It's worlds different from what Trump did.

Why don't you suggest something constructive. If we're a nation, we should be vaguely on the same side, and our goals aren't all that far apart on any of these points. You don't like what Obama did? Suggest what he could have done better. Just complaining about the outcome doesn't help anyone or anything, and it's not as if anyone else has suggested anything that's been more effective.

That's not really an answer. I'm not saying Democrats do have answer. Just that you can't complain about someone failing to solve a problem that you can't either.
