I attend a congregation in Tacoma, WA.
You can help anyone you meet in life, in so far as God allows and supplies your need to do so. God will give you the words to speak in that hour. Don't forsake assembling together as is the habit of some. But, remember. The synagogue is where Moses is read.

I don't know what Jesus for jews mean

You must mean Jews for Jesus. However, I am not a part of Jews for Jesus. I heard one thing negative in my life about Jews for Jesus so I do not associate with them even now as a Jew. Maybe the people involved repented or maybe it was a rumor. I only speak to express why I do not know.
Jesus is a Jew so of course Jesus is for Jews. Jesus is also for Gentiles.
