Granite sure had bees in his head this time around. A sore nerve was clearly struck...I wonder what it was.
I do not think Granite is all that easily shaken up, or he hates himself.

Alcoholism and homelessness ? Unemployment ?

I did!
So did anyone watch the video I posted on page 1 of this thread?
Yes. Home prices are very high in California, and in comparison iy seems like California is more another country.
How do the poor people in southern California make end meet, I have no idea?
My younger son was considering moving out there for a job. I am glad he stayed in North Carolina. We helped him pay for a home there. Now he and his wife sold that home and purchased one for nearly twice the cost. Well, he was right about one thing, there home sold for much higher price and they believe the home they have now will be worth over a million by the end of this decade.
He told me soon the tech businesses in NC will rival California and Washington and the housing values will follow.

Just because a guy is on the corner and is really weak and can't work hard doesn't necessarily mean that's the life they choose. Alcohol is physically addicting and folks can die from withdrawals, much more so than heroin. Most people in that condition need help to get out of it. And a few bucks for a bottle
Not me, I miss living in a dry town.
Im sorry, are you actually suggesting that we should support someones drinking habit?
The worst thing anyone can do is enable bad behavior....under the guise of caring and love. :nono:
