Those who have not heard the Gospel will be judged according to whether or not they have repentant hearts.
The Holy Spirit is in the world convicting all of sin.
Those that come to Christ have sorrow for their sins and are the first ones to repent and trust in Christ.
Because they refuse to receive what Christ has done for them in the Gospel.

You think that he sends "His only begotten Son into the world" to die and shed his blood for the sins of the world and then hides it from some so that the cannot hear, believe and be saved.

All who come to Christ as repentant sinners are sealed with the Holy Spirit and are "In Christ". They can never lose their salvation.
If you do not believe and embrace what Christ has done for you, you will perish.

Salvation has been provided for EVERYONE, Hebrews 2:9.
