Disappointed to see Love's injury. If they can still manage to get out of the East they won't have a shot against the Western team.

I hope the Spurs finish out the Clippers tonight.

Bad form for the Bulls to keep piling on against the Bucks in game 7. I felt bad for the Bucks and their fans.

I'd like to see a change of the guard, maybe watch the Bulls go at it with the Warriors. But I won't root against the Spurs. Great organization. Houston looks pretty sharp...shame they haven't already killed the East/West nonsense. Make for a better overall playoff picture.

It was really sad watching San Antonio lose tonight.

I think it was the end of an era for Duncan, Ginobilli, & Parker.

Duncan is 39, and looked old at times.

BTW, Peyton Manning will be 39 when he takes his first snap this season.

Just sayin.......

Looked pretty good to me. 27 pts, 11 rbs.

Took a talented team to seven and it was anyone's game until the very end. I thought the unintended tipping point was Parker rushing for a one on one he didn't make instead of pulling up and eating clock, looking for a team shot coupled with the can't count on it high three point percentage by the Clippers.

But there's no time lesson to learn here. Ginobili is done but he's been in decline all year...All that happened was the returning champ ran into one of the most talented teams from the West shooting hotter than they had a right to and still took it to the wire. LA was shooting a ridiculous 51.9% to SA's respectable 40%.

Not sayin much. If Manning looks that good in the playoffs it'll take a team failure to stop him. So thanks, even if you didn't mean it. :)

You have to tip your hat to Chris Paul.

I remember Michael Jordan playing with the flu in the Finals, Kirk Gibson hitting his home run while barely being able to walk in the World Series, and have seen the highlights of Willis Reed limping out onto the court in Game 7 of the Finals.

However, I don't know if I ever seen anyone do what Chris Paul did last night in Game 7.

Granted, it was just a first round series, but he literally carried the Clippers to victory all while playing with a sore hamstring, not to mention hitting the winning shot.

I haven't watched an NBA game from start to finish since last year's Finals, but I'm sure glad I watched all of last night's Game 7 between the Spurs and Clippers.

It was a great game, and a great performance by Chris Paul.

The Warriors win again! Five wins down, 11 wins to go! I so want a Warriors/Clippers Western Conference final. The heads of all Laker fans will probably explode. :rotfl:

Perhaps the most famous moment in NBA finals history.

And his fellow 3 pt shooting wunderkinds that night. Given the disparity in that margin it's a testament to the Spurs that they were as easily the victor as the loser that night.

I like to watch Irving, but I love to see James flounder, for some reason.
Nice to the see the blue collar Bulls take game 1.

Stephen Curry is just the second Warrior ever to win the MVP award.

The Warriors lose to Memphis 97-90. Disappointing for sure but this should light a fire under their behinds for game 3. :burnlib:

Warriors lose again.

In all four Conference Semi series, the higher seed team is down 2-1.

EAST:

#5 Wizards are up 2-1 on #1 Hawks

#3 Bulls are up 2-1 on #2 Cavs

WEST:

#5 Grizzlies are up 2-1 on #1 Warriors

#3 Clippers are up 2-1 on #2 Rockets

It doesn't get any better than this!!!!!

The Hawks lack that go-to guy. Team play is great and jump shots are well and good but you still need the guy and they don't have him. Won't be surprising if they lose the series.

#3 Bulls are up 2-1 on #2 Cavs
Cavs are in trouble with Love out, but as long as you have James you have a puncher's chance.

WEST:

#5 Grizzlies are up 2-1 on #1 Warriors
More surprising, but I can't see the Grizz holding onto the lead.

#3 Clippers are up 2-1 on #2 Rockets
The Clippers are good enough to win the whole thing. Houston too, but they still feel fragile to me.
