What you says about me is not true.

You have faith in your own faith, and it is dead and cannot save anyone. That is the Word of God.
If you're church of God, I'm going to cry!

I did not say "enabled to believe". I said enabled understanding of Himself.
We have the choice to turn to Christ in faith, belief and trust. When we repent He gives us Himself, His Spirit to guide us into all truth (John 16:13) .

I agree with that.

We have to believe, trust, and obey God, then he gives us understanding.

Jesus gives understanding to those who obey.

John 14:21 The person who has my commandments and obeys them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and will reveal myself to him."

Psalm 119:100 I have more understanding than the elders, for I obey your precepts.

Proverbs 3:32 For the LORD detests the perverse but takes the upright into his confidence.

See Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

John 7:17 Anyone who chooses to do the will of God will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own.

John 8:30 While he was saying these things, many people believed in him. 31Then Jesus said to those Judeans who had believed him, "If you continue to follow my teaching, you are really my disciples

2 Timothy 2:25 correcting opponents with gentleness. Perhaps God will grant them repentance and then knowledge of the truth.

Luke 11:28 He replied, "Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it."

It's time to pause the slug fest.

I'm having to repent for my poor demeanor with the strong willed GT.

The 7th chunk of Galatians is up for exposition.

Galatians 4 (HCSB)

1*Now I say that as long as the heir is a child, he differs in no way from a slave, though he is the owner of everything.

2*Instead, he is under guardians and stewards until the time set by his father.

3*In the same way we also, when we were children, were in slavery under the elemental forces of the world.

4*When the time came to completion, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

5*to redeem those under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.

6*And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba, Father!”

7*So you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.

No. They preach falseness, just as all denominations.

Fair.

I posted the 7th chunk of Galatians if you want to expand on it.

I'm cooling my jets until I crank out mine.

Please hold the back and forth until it's up and are you going to expand on it?

1 of 5 for GT to Debate (The entire book of Galatians)

Wealthy Roman children were accompanied by slaves called pedagogues. They took children to and from school and tutored them. Children were accompanied by pedagogues until they came of age. The children were a slave to the pedagogue as much as the pedagogue was a slave to them.

Heir contextually applies to the wealthy, and indeed, the wealthy could afford pedagogues. Once the Heir came of age, they were free of the pedagogue.

The following is an excerpt from an online Reference that thoroughly expounds on this concept. It is antiquity now, but in Paul's day, this was common knowledge THE ROLE OF THE PEDAGOGUE IN GALATIANS by Michael J. Smith. I in no way support Michael's theology and doctrine, nor do I condemn it. Michael simply drove this point home well, for the purpose of this exposition.

The role of pedagogues probably varied from family to family and culture to culture, but all seem to have had certain responsi* bilities in common. As a constant companion to the child, the peda* gogue escorted the child to and from school, carrying books or other objects, sometimes securing an education for himself in the process. He took the child to athletic practice, oversaw his meals, made him do his homework, protected him from harm, and supervised his social engagements.

Twenty-four hours a day the pedagogue ac*companied the child in virtually every activity of life. In that close association the pedagogue was responsible for the moral development of the child by disciplining him when he erred and protecting him from harmful influences. Young cites Libanius as saying, "Tor pedagogues are guards . . . of the blossoming youth, they are keepers . . . they are a fortified wall . . . they drive out the undesirable lovers . . . thrusting them away and keeping them out, not allowing them to fraternize . . . with the boys"

20 In another passage Libanius praised a pedagogue as a " 'protective wall . . . and as a prison . . . stronger that the secret chamber of Danae.'"21 A pedagogue was comparable to a shepherd over sheep or to a pilot over a ship. "More importantly, the pedagogue was a moral guide and was to be obeyed. . . . so the pedagogue was supposed to assist in the first pace toward virtue."

22 The pedagogue was responsible for every aspect of the child's upbringing from correcting grammar and diction to controlling his or her sexual morals. Reciting a pedagogue's advice, Seneca said, "Walk thus and so; eat thus and so, this is the proper conduct for a man and that for a woman; this for a married man and that for a bachelor.'"

23 Physical punishment was often used to help shape a child's character and behavior. While some pedagogues were humane in their supervisory roles, others were overly brutal and punishment was abusive. Plato described this child-pedagogue relationship.

Keep in mind that the dispensation of Moses had an order to it. Angels were elected mediators before Moses, and one of those Angels was Death. Death is the job of the Angel known as the serpent and his title is clear in Genesis. We return to dust and he was cursed and commissioned to consume our dust (or bring death).

Moses was the tool used to allow men access to God. Death used Moses to condemn mankind of its imperfection and iniquity. Through sin, death was empowered by the law to separate men from God.

Jesus fulfilled the law, and freed us from the slavery of Moses that empowered death. Moses is good! But only God is GOOD by Moses.

Galatians 4 (HCSB)

1*Now I say that as long as the heir is a child, he differs in no way from a slave, though he is the owner of everything.

Paul is saying that Israel was under the Law as a Roman, child Heir was slave to their Pedagogue, and that made them no different than slaves, though they were Heirs.

2*Instead, he is under guardians and stewards until the time set by his father.

This is connecting the angelic mediation of man, to and from, God through the guardianship of the Law of Moses.

You have to take note that this mediation involving the law and Angels had an expiration date. Paul speaks of the time set by the Father.

This is a perfect tie to the teaching of Pedagogues that Paul used to explain this.

3*In the same way we also, when we were children, were in slavery under the elemental forces of the world.

Paul is now describing humanity through the eyes of Israel and explains that the Law was there in our childhood. Childhood is the term to describe humanity before the revelation of Jesus.

Religion, man and Angels lorded over us through the Law of Moses. We were slaves to Moses and it's condemnation was exacted through death.

4*When the time came to completion, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

Completion is best described as Jesus saying "It is Finished". "It" was the work of God and the condemnation of mankind through disobedience that was charged by the Law of Moses and exacted through death (Separation From God imputed by Satan).

Interestingly enough, Paul is using Creation verbiage and simultaneously referencing the Protoevangelium.

God used the finished verbiage on the Seventh day of creation.

Genisis 2:2

By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work.

Hebrews 4 ties the sacrifice of Christ to our rest in Jesus's completed work of Life, Death and resurrection. We don't toil under the Law but rest in Jesus.

Resting in grace alone is obeying Jesus, GT. [emoji6]

http://dl2.glitter-graphics.net/pub/3102/3102082au9iu2btpd.gif

Hebrews 4:

9*Therefore, a Sabbath rest remains for God’s people.
10*For the person who has entered His rest has rested from his own works, just as God did from His.
11*Let us then make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall into the same pattern of disobedience.

Though Jesus was born under the Law and a slave to the Law, He conquered death and fulfilled the Law, thus freeing us from the entire Law of Moses and fulfilling Moses!

Isaiah 61:1

The Spirit of the Lord God is on Me,
because the Lord has anointed Me
to bring good news to the poor.
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives
and freedom to the prisoners;

Romans 8:2

2*For the law of the Spirit (Royal law of Love) of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death (Moses, Stone Law, Deuteronomy 5 to Deuteronomy 31:26).

5*to redeem those under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.

He was born under the Law of Moses as the second Adam and He perfectly fulfilled the Law as our sole representative. He was condemned under the Law falsely and thus took the Kingdom back from His accuser (Devil).

1. First Adam = Corrupt = Sewn in earthly flesh to the Law and disobedient.
2. Second Adam = Incorruptible = Sewn in Heavenly Flesh to the Father and obedient

We are the first Adam and Jesus is our Perfect second Adam that imputed His Perfection to us out of Love.

We have the promise of being incorruptible, one day, near or far away, upon leaving this kingdom of dust. But, only He is Perfect and incorruptible.

The walk isn't trying to be incorruptible like Him. It's recognizing that we are corrupted and can wear His Work before the Father as our robe of righteousness.

Why is this possible? It's possible because of His unconditional Love for us!

1. Working by obedience to Moses, even if you claim it's through Jesus, is sewing to the corruptible flesh.
2. Working by simply trusting in Him and His work alone is sewing to the Spirit.

1st Corinthians 15:

40*There are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies, but the splendor of the heavenly bodies is different from that of the earthly ones. 41*There is a splendor of the sun, another of the moon, and another of the stars; for one star differs from another star in splendor. 42*So it is with the resurrection of the dead:

Sown in corruption, raised in incorruption;

43*sown in dishonor, raised in glory;
sown in weakness, raised in power;

44*sown a natural body, raised a spiritual body.
If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. 45*So it is written: The first man Adam became a living being; the last Adam became a life-giving Spirit.

46*However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural, then the spiritual.

47*The first man was from the earth
and made of dust;
the second man is from heaven.

48*Like the man made of dust,
so are those who are made of dust;
like the heavenly man,
so are those who are heavenly.

49*And just as we have borne
the image of the man made of dust,
we will also bear
the image of the heavenly man.

Romans 8:2

2*For the law of the Spirit (Royal law of Love) of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death (Moses, Stone Law, Deuteronomy 5 to Deuteronomy 31:26).

John 1:12

But to all who did receive Him,
He gave them the right to be children of God,
to those who believe in His name,

6*And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba, Father!”

Jesus drank the cup of wrath that should have been poured out on us!

Abba is most close to Daddy. It is a reverent term, but it also reveals the loving relationship of a small child to their father.

Mark 14:36

And He said, "Abba, Father! All things are possible for You. Take this cup away from Me. Nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will."

Jesus consumed the death and condemnation of the Bitter Old Wine, so we could be filled with the Joy of His Sweet New Wine of Love!

We aren't slaves to sin, though we sin and are sinners!
We are Sons and Heirs, though He is the only True Son and Heir.

7*So you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.

It's all a Love Letter from Daddy to Come Home because He misses us!

Isaiah 61:1

The Spirit of the Lord God is on Me,
because the Lord has anointed Me
to bring good news to the poor.
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives
and freedom to the prisoners;

A brief study of the Protoevangelium:
Proto (First) Evangelium (Gospel)

Genisis 3:
Then the Lord God said to the serpent:

Because you have done this,

(God to Satan; because you were entrusted to protect, but have instead deceived my Bride to disobey.........)

you are cursed more than any livestock
and more than any wild animal.

(I curse you with the most awful duty)
You will move on your belly

(You are declared my lowest servant this day)
and eat dust all the days of your life.

(You now rule over the fading kingdom of dust, and must ensure that mankind returns to dust)

15*
I will put hostility between you and the woman,
(You and my bride will forever be at war)and between your seed and her seed.

(Children of flesh will have hostility against children of faith/trust)

He will strike your head,

(Jesus will destroy your power, as you strike his heal with your venomous evil, I will crush your head!)
and you will strike his heel.

(Your attempt to enslave my Bride because of her disobedience will merely be as a snake strike to my heal)

16*He said to the woman:

(Eve, mother of mankind, mother of the Bride)

I will intensify your labor pains;
you will bear children in anguish.

You will suffer because your disobedience has forced a spiritual separation from me and the serpent is lording over you, but this is only labor pains that will bare or reunion through Jesus.
Your desire will be for your husband,

You will desire Unity with me, though you have distrusted Me.
yet he will rule over you.

I will indeed bring us back together.

The foundation of Sand

26*And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand.

James 2:10*For whoever keeps the entire law, yet fails in one point, is guilty of breaking it all.

The stone Law is the sand and it represents the physical condemnation of Satan through disobedience. The book of the law is from Deuteronomy 5 to Deuteronomy 31:26. In encompasses ALL of Moses. The world was under the Guardianship of Angels upon creation. Satan was one of these Guardians.

Ezekiel 28:

You were the seal of perfection,
full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.

13*
You were in Eden, the garden of God.
Every kind of precious stone covered you:
carnelian, topaz, and diamond,
beryl, onyx, and jasper,
sapphire, turquoise and emerald.
Your mountings and settings were crafted in gold;
they were prepared on the day you were created.
14*
You were an anointed guardian cherub,
for I had appointed you.
You were on the holy mountain of God; Dispensation of Moses at Sanai
you walked among the fiery stones.
15*
From the day you were created
you were blameless in your ways
until wickedness was found in you.
16*
Through the abundance of your trade,
you were filled with violence, and you sinned.
So I expelled you in disgrace
from the mountain of God,
and banished you, guardian cherub,
from among the fiery stones. Israel and sacrifices on Alters since Cain and Able
17*
Your heart became proud because of your beauty;
For the sake of your splendor
you corrupted your wisdom. Falsified God's Ways
So I threw you down to the earth;

Genesis 3:

Now the serpent was the most cunning of all the wild animals that the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You can’t eat from any tree in the garden’?”

4*“No! You will not die,” the serpent said to the woman.

5*“In fact, God knows that when you eat it your eyes will be opened and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

13*So the Lord God asked the woman, “What is this you have done?”
And the woman said, “It was the serpent. He deceived me, and I ate.”

14*Then the Lord God said to the serpent:
Because you have done this,
you are cursed more than any livestock
and more than any wild animal.
You will move on your belly
and eat dust all the days of your life.. (1 Cor 15:55-56)

Romans 7

9*For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.

In the Garden of Eden., Satan deceived the bride of "Adam" to transgress by trying to "Be like God"

10*And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death.

1 Corinthians 15:

55
Death, where is your victory?
Death, where is your sting?
56*
Now the sting of death is sin,
and the power of sin is the law.
57*
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory
through our Lord Jesus Christ!

11*For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me.

Satan is Death and he uses disobedience and a call to be like God to enslave us from believing God is Unconditionally Loving. He enslaves us by convincing us to turn our eyes to self and toil in the dust of our flesh. Jesus is the only cure to this Satanic infection!

James 2:10*For whoever keeps the entire law, yet fails in one point, is guilty of breaking it all.

If we toil in the obedience of the flesh and Stone Law (Deuteronomy 5 to 31:26) we are ensnared by the accusers crafty trap.

If we transgress 1 point of the 613 commands of Moses we are under his thumb and guilty of transgressing EVERY point!

Galatians 4

8*But in the past, when you didn’t know God,you were enslaved to things that by nature are not gods.

9*But now, since you know God, or rather have become known by God, how can you turn back again to the weak and bankrupt elemental forces? Do you want to be enslaved to them all over again?

10*You observe special days, months, seasons, and years.

11*I am fearful for you, that perhaps my labor for you has been wasted.

12*I beg you, brothers: Become like me, for I also became like you. You have not wronged me;

13*you know that previously I preached the gospel to you because of a physical illness.

14*You did not despise or reject me though my physical condition was a trial for you. On the contrary, you received me as an angel of God, as Christ Jesus Himself.

15*What happened to this sense of being blessed you had? For I testify to you that, if possible, you would have torn out your eyes and given them to me.

16*Have I now become your enemy by telling you the truth?

17*They are enthusiastic about you, but not for any good. Instead, they want to isolate you so you will be enthusiastic about them.

18*Now it is always good to be enthusiastic about good—and not just when I am with you.

19*My children, I am again suffering labor pains for you until Christ is formed in you.

20*I would like to be with you right now and change my tone of voice, because I don’t know what to do about you.

Sarah and Hagar, the two covenants.

21*Tell me, those of you who want to be under the law, don’t you hear the law?

22*For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by a slave and the other by a free woman.

23*But the one by the slave was born according to the impulse of the flesh, while the one by the free woman was born as the result of a promise.

24*These things are illustrations, for the women represent the two covenants. One is from Mount Sinai and bears children into slavery—this is Hagar.

25*Now Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present Jerusalem, for she is in slavery with her children.

26*But the Jerusalem above is free, and she is our mother.

27*For it is written:
Rejoice, childless woman,
who does not give birth.
Burst into song and shout,
you who are not in labor,
for the children of the desolate are many,
more numerous than those
of the woman who has a husband.

28*Now you, brothers, like Isaac, are children of promise.

29*But just as then the child born according to the flesh persecuted the one born according to the Spirit, so also now.

30*But what does the Scripture say?
Drive out the slave and her son, for the son of the slave will never be a coheir with the son of the free woman.

31*Therefore, brothers, we are not children of the slave but of the free woman.

1 of 5 for GT to Debate (The entire book of Galatians)

Paul now speaks so plainly, and all of our journey through Galatians has been so strong, that I will go straight to the scripture for the first part of this chunk.

Galatians 4

8*But in the past, when you didn’t know God, you were enslaved to things that by nature are not gods.

Here, obedience to Moses is equated with not knowing God. The enslavement refers to the dispensation of Moses through Angels, the Stone, Men and Death.

9*But now, since you know God, or rather have become known by God, how can you turn back again to the weak and bankrupt elemental forces? Do you want to be enslaved to them all over again?

Jesus freed us from our bondage to Sin, by taking our full judgment under Moses.

Why would you disgrace Jesus by turning back to obedience to Moses instead of accepting His FREE gift to you that He purchased with His Life, Death and Resurrection?

10*You observe special days, months, seasons, and years.

This is a direct reference to ALL of Moses!

11*I am fearful for you, that perhaps my labor for you has been wasted.

It makes Paul afraid to see that any could turn from the provision of Jesus to simply wallow in the filth of their flesh, by obedience to Moses.

Our obedience, at it's best, is no better than our disobedience, at it's worst!

12*I beg you, brothers: Become like me, for I also became like you. You have not wronged me;

Paul forsook Moses as his guide. He asked the Galatians to turn back to Jesus and do the same.

13*you know that previously I preached the gospel to you because of a physical illness.

This ties to Pauls thorn. People relegate this to physical health and affliction, but it is a spiritual analogy for the affliction of sin in our members.

Paul speaks over and over that he uses physical teaching to reveal spiritual analogies.

1st Corinthians 2:

6*However, we do speak a wisdom among the mature, but not a wisdom of this age, or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. 7*On the contrary, we speak God’s hidden wisdom in a mystery, a wisdom God predestinedbefore the ages for our glory. 8*None of the rulers of this age knew this wisdom, for if they had known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 9*But as it is written:
What eye did not see and ear did not hear,
and what never entered the human mind—
God prepared this for those who love Him.
10*Now God has revealed these things to us by the Spirit, for the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.11*For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man that is in him? In the same way, no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. 12*Now we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who comes from God, so that we may understand what has been freely given to us by God. 13*We also speak these things, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual things to spiritual people. 14*But the unbeliever does not welcome what comes from God’s Spirit, because it is foolishness to him; he is not able to understand it since it is evaluated[h] spiritually.

14*You did not despise or reject me though my physical condition was a trial for you. On the contrary, you received me as an angel of God, as Christ Jesus Himself.

Again, Paul is imploring the Galatians to shun no man based on his flesh. We should never judge by Moses! We are to receive all people of the earth as children of God. Love is the only Spirit that we can discern.

Consider John 9: (Note the sinful blind man can see, but the followers of Moses are blind)

John 9:

The Sixth Sign: Healing a Man Born Blind

9*As He was passing by, He saw a man blind from birth. 2*His disciples questioned Him: “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?”

3*“Neither this man nor his parents sinned,” Jesus answered. “This came about so that God’s works might be displayed in him. 4*We must do the works of Him who sent Me while it is day. Night is coming when no one can work. 5*As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”

6*After He said these things He spit on the ground, made some mud from the saliva, and spread the mud on his eyes.

This is the Creator of Adam, who formed the clay of the earth.

7*“Go,” He told him, “wash in the pool of Siloam”(which means “Sent”). So he left, washed, and came back seeing.

8*His neighbors and those who formerly had seen him as a beggar said, “Isn’t this the man who sat begging?” 9*Some said, “He’s the one.” “No,” others were saying, “but he looks like him.”

He kept saying, “I’m the one!”

10*Therefore they asked him, “Then how were your eyes opened?”

11*He answered, “The man called Jesus made mud, spread it on my eyes, and told me, ‘Go to Siloam and wash.’ So when I went and washed I received my sight.”

12*“Where is He?” they asked.
“I don’t know,” he said.

The Healed Man’s Testimony

13*They brought the man who used to be blind to the Pharisees. 14*The day that Jesus made the mud and opened his eyes was a Sabbath. 15*So again the Pharisees asked him how he received his sight.

“He put mud on my eyes,” he told them. “I washed and I can see.”

16*Therefore some of the Pharisees said, “This man is not from God, for He doesn’t keep the Sabbath!” But others were saying, “How can a sinful man perform such signs?” And there was a division among them.

17*Again they asked the blind man, “What do you say about Him, since He opened your eyes?”

“He’s a prophet,” he said.

18*The Jews did not believe this about him—that he was blind and received sight—until they summoned the parents of the one who had received his sight.
19*They asked them, “Is this your son, the one you say was born blind? How then does he now see?”

20*“We know this is our son and that he was born blind,” his parents answered.

21*“But we don’t know how he now sees, and we don’t know who opened his eyes. Ask him; he’s of age. He will speak for himself.” 22*His parents said these things because they were afraid of the Jews, since the Jews had already agreed that if anyone confessed Him as Messiah, he would be banned from the synagogue. 23*This is why his parents said, “He’s of age; ask him.”

24*So a second time they summoned the man who had been blind and told him, “Give glory to God. We know that this man is a sinner!”

25*He answered, “Whether or not He’s a sinner, I don’t know. One thing I do know: I was blind, and now I can see!”

26*Then they asked him, “What did He do to you? How did He open your eyes?”

27*“I already told you,” he said, “and you didn’t listen. Why do you want to hear it again? You don’t want to become His disciples too, do you?”

28*They ridiculed him: “You’re that man’s disciple, but we’re Moses’ disciples. 29*We know that God has spoken to Moses. But this man—we don’t know where He’s from!”

30*“This is an amazing thing,” the man told them. “You don’t know where He is from, yet He opened my eyes! 31*We know that God doesn’t listen to sinners, but if anyone is God-fearing and does His will, He listens to him.

32*Throughout history no one has ever heard of someone opening the eyes of a person born blind.

33*If this man were not from God, He wouldn’t be able to do anything.”

34*“You were born entirely in sin,” they replied, “and are you trying to teach us?” Then they threw him out.

The Blind Man’s Sight and the Pharisees’ Blindness

35*When Jesus heard that they had thrown the man out, He found him and asked, “Do you believe in the Son of Man?”

36*“Who is He, Sir, that I may believe in Him?” he asked.

37*Jesus answered, “You have seen Him; in fact, He is the One speaking with you.”

38*“I believe, Lord!” he said, and he worshiped Him.

39*Jesus said, “I came into this world for judgment, in order that those who do not see will see and those who do see will become blind.”

40*Some of the Pharisees who were with Him heard these things and asked Him, “We aren’t blind too, are we?”

41*“If you were blind,” Jesus told them, “you wouldn’t have sin. But now that you say, ‘We see’—your sin remains.

Now back to Galatians:

15*What happened to this sense of being blessed you had? For I testify to you that, if possible, you would have torn out your eyes and given them to me.

Paul is now referring to Jesus's teaching that our continual admission of guilt before him gives us site and LIFE ETERNAL.

The Galatians would have taught Saul to turn from Moses so he could turn to Jesus.

He is even saying their fervor for God was so great before they had been Judaized, that they would have given their lives to save him from his spiritual blindness.

16*Have I now become your enemy by telling you the truth?

The Galatians were manifesting the traits of the Pharisees that attacked the message of absolute Grace!

17*They are enthusiastic about you, but not for any good. Instead, they want to isolate you so you will be enthusiastic about them.

Any person who mixes any form of human favoritism into the Gospel is doing it to simply boast in the numbers of their following and the flesh or righteousness of their converts.

This was spoken of by Jesus.

Matthew 23

15*“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to make one proselyte (Convert), and when he becomes one, you make him twice as fit for hell as you are!

18*Now it is always good to be enthusiastic about good—and not just when I am with you.

Paul is now exalting the "Good of Jesus". This is not the "good" of the attempt to be righteous by obedience to Moses, or any twisting of scripture that unravels back to it.

19*My children, I am again suffering labor pains for you until Christ is formed in you.

Paul is paralleling the Labor pain of the struggle of man to "Be like God" that started in the garden of Eden and was only relieved through the birth of Jesus!

Jesus is our propitiation and hope. Only by HIS flesh, blood, Birth within us, Life, Death and resurrection are we saved! How simple is that? Super wonderful and simple it is. (Yoda speak)

There is no try in our flesh.

Their is only do in Jesus. ([emoji846])

20*I would like to be with you right now and change my tone of voice, because I don’t know what to do about you.

Paul has geared up for it, intensified his preaching and now get ready for the BOOM!

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=3eiza_LXjq8

Are you ready to sharpen that Gospel Sword, Soldier of Jesus, wielding the Spirit of Love against the darts of Hate?

Tomorrow will be the atomic bomb of Paul. It is the "Click, click BOOM" of the Gospel!

No other words, outside of every word in red from the Good Shepherd, can bring a child home as strongly as the knowledge of the coming words.

I'm leaving them posted until tomorrow. If you want, try to study them with everything you've read so far. See if you get them.

.....................................

Tomorrow the DRAGON gets reminded of his mortal wound that causes his black blood to flow to this very day!

Tomorrow we glory in our risen savior!

Rejoice, childless woman, who does not give birth.Burst into song and shout, you who are not in labor, for the children of the desolate are many, more numerous than thoseof the woman who has a husband.

It's required reading time. A large volume of scripture is now being posted to gear up for the core of Galatians.

Genesis 15 (HCSB)

The Abrahamic Covenant

After these events, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision:

Do not be afraid, Abram.
I am your shield;
your reward will be very great.
2 But Abram said, “Lord God, what can You give me, since I am childless and the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus?”[a] 3 Abram continued, “Look, You have given me no offspring, so a slave born in my house will be my heir.”

4 Now the word of the Lord came to him: “This one will not be your heir; instead, one who comes from your own body[c] will be your heir.” 5 He took him outside and said, “Look at the sky and count the stars, if you are able to count them.” Then He said to him, “Your offspring will be that numerous.”

6 Abram believed the Lord, and He credited it to him as righteousness.

7 He also said to him, “I am Yahweh who brought you from Ur of the Chaldeans to give you this land to possess.”

8 But he said, “Lord God, how can I know that I will possess it?”

9 He said to him, “Bring Me a three-year-old cow, a three-year-old female goat, a three-year-old ram, a turtledove, and a young pigeon.”

10 So he brought all these to Him, split them down the middle, and laid the pieces opposite each other, but he did not cut up the birds. 11 Birds of prey came down on the carcasses, but Abram drove them away. 12 As the sun was setting, a deep sleep fell on Abram, and suddenly great terror and darkness descended on him.

13 Then the Lord said to Abram, “Know this for certain: Your offspring will be foreigners in a land that does not belong to them; they will be enslaved and oppressed[d] 400 years. 14 However, I will judge the nation they serve, and afterward they will go out with many possessions. 15 But you will go to your fathers in peace and be buried at a ripe old age. 16 In the fourth generation they will return here, for the iniquity of the Amorites has not yet reached its full measure.”[e]

17 When the sun had set and it was dark, a smoking fire pot and a flaming torch appeared and passed between the divided animals. 18 On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, “I give this land to your offspring, from the brook of Egypt to the Euphrates River:[f] 19 the land of the Kenites, Kenizzites, Kadmonites, 20 Hittites, Perizzites, Rephaim, 21 Amorites, Canaanites, Girgashites, and Jebusites.”

Genesis 16 (HCSB)

Hagar and Ishmael

Abram’s wife Sarai had not borne any children for him, but she owned an Egyptian slave named Hagar. 2 Sarai said to Abram, “Since the Lord has prevented me from bearing children, go to my slave; perhaps through her I can build a family.” And Abram agreed to what Sarai said.[a] 3 So Abram’s wife Sarai took Hagar, her Egyptian slave, and gave her to her husband Abram as a wife for him. This happened after Abram had lived in the land of Canaan 10 years. 4 He slept with Hagar, and she became pregnant. When she realized that she was pregnant, she treated her mistress with contempt. 5 Then Sarai said to Abram, “You are responsible for my suffering![c] I put my slave in your arms,[d] and ever since she saw that she was pregnant, she has treated me with contempt. May the Lord judge between me and you.”

6 Abram replied to Sarai, “Here, your slave is in your hands; do whatever you want with her.” Then Sarai mistreated her so much that she ran away from her.

7 The Angel of the Lord found her by a spring of water in the wilderness, the spring on the way to Shur. 8 He said, “Hagar, slave of Sarai, where have you come from and where are you going?”

She replied, “I’m running away from my mistress Sarai.”

9 Then the Angel of the Lord said to her, “You must go back to your mistress and submit to her mistreatment.”[e] 10 The Angel of the Lord also said to her, “I will greatly multiply your offspring, and they will be too many to count.”

11 Then the Angel of the Lord said to her:

You have conceived and will have a son.
You will name him Ishmael,[f]
for the Lord has heard your cry of affliction.
12 This man will be like a wild donkey.
His hand will be against everyone,
and everyone’s hand will be against him;
he will live at odds with[g] all his brothers.
13 So she called the Lord who spoke to her: The God Who Sees,[h] for she said, “In this place, have I actually seen the One who sees me?” 14 That is why she named the spring, “A Well of the Living One Who Sees Me.”[j] It is located between Kadesh and Bered.

15 So Hagar gave birth to Abram’s son, and Abram gave the name Ishmael to the son Hagar had. 16 Abram was 86 years old when Hagar bore Ishmael to him.
