I am not certain how he was utilizing the word *forces*, however, I will go on record as stating ANY sex between an adult and child IS forced (on the part of the adult) because children are incapable of consent. Every time an adult molests a child it's without consent as a child is not old enough to give it. The Horn wasn't saying or implying anything other than paedophilia being a monstrous violation of a minor, which it is.
