The earth is flat and we never went to the moon--Part II

We are not just seeing the ship disappear, we see it's reflection underneath it disappear with it. The ship disappears from top of mast to bottom of reflected mast in perfect perspective. You can go to the 17:00 mark on this video and see the beginning of the, bottom of upside down reflection...

The earth is flat and we never went to the moon--Part II

The ship does not go over the horizon. It disappears into the horizon, the mast simply disappears last because of its height. All globe earth arguments say we can't see the curve but we can see ships go over the curve/horizon. This is not the only video that shows ships disappearing into the...

The earth is flat and we never went to the moon--Part II

The only instrument that addresses the horizon is a telescope that I know of. What instrument shows a horizon is not at eye level? So, every time we see a "hard horizon line" we know the Earth is not flat. Does this mean that if there are times when we see "things just sort of fade into a haze...

The earth is flat and we never went to the moon--Part II

How Boats Vanish Over the Horizon This is going to be a difficult thing to prove because those of you who are globe earth simply will not watch any video you think is from flat earth folk. This video does not say flat earth so I think it's neutral on the subject. Two things to notice from...

We can do it again. I watch flat earth videos that are now addressing the globe response to their original arguments to see if they have answered them. But I want to finish this video I'm addressing first. --Dave

The earth is flat and we never went to the moon--Part II

I'm following this video because I think it's a very good rebuttal to FE claims that must be addressed. So, I'm addressing them and the size of continents is not mentioned, but I agree with you it must be addressed and has been. --Dave

It's not my favorite arguments it's the main flat earth argument. Remember I'm not FE, I'm making their case. The idea here is to get it understood. --Dave

Ok, the horizon is a biggest nail. Perspective vs no perspective is vital to this debate. --Dave

The earth is flat and we never went to the moon--Part II

We can't see 6 miles from 6 ft height, we can see 3 miles. The earth drops 6 feet in three miles, add 6 feet to height of viewer and we have 12 feet. So at six feet eye level we are looking down 12 feet to the horizon 3 miles away. That's not much of a curvature and it would be relatively flat...

The earth is flat and we never went to the moon--Part II

I'm having trouble being blocked with some of my replies. I think one would notice a horizon drop of 13.2 miles from a commercial flight at 35000 feet --Dave

The earth is flat and we never went to the moon--Part II

I'm working on short distances now. My question is how far can we really see into the distance. If I'm correct we can see the horizon at 3 miles away, but we cannot see ships on the horizon at that distance without a telescope or telephoto lens. Is this ship as seen from shore 3 miles away...

The battle for the horizon is primary in FE vs GE. The size of continents is secondary. --Dave

The earth is flat and we never went to the moon--Part II

Because I've been a professional graphic artist I will work on producing graphs to scale that will show the curvature of earth at a six feet to maybe 1 mile elevation, a 35000 foot elevation to a 100000 foot elevation. A visualization is as important as the numbers in determining if we see the...
