"Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know — Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by lawless hands, have crucified and put to death, whom God raised up" (Acts 2:23-24)

Crucified and put to death, whom God raised up.

Nope. Not the DBR or salvation in that verse

Didn't Peter preach the resurrection before Paul.

Peter preached that Christ was raised to sit on David's throne.

Paul preached that Christ was raised for our justification.

Two different reasons as to why Christ was raised.

Peter's message was according to prophecy.

Paul's message was Christ's revelation to him according to mystery.

Act 2:30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;

Rom 4:24 But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;
Rom 4:25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

You won't find the revelation of the good news of the cross for our justification before Paul.

Did Peter refer to Joel's prophecy?

"And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Acts 2:21)

Wouldn't Paul have been at the assembly?

"And there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven." (Acts 2:5)

Peter quoted Joel: "And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Acts 2:21)

Is there any reason to believe Paul did not hear Peter?

"And there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven." (Acts 2:5)

There is reason to believe Paul was a devout Pharisee.

Still no DBR. Paul was not at the assembly - He was abroad preaching - Galatians 2:1-2 KJV

Also, Paul was preaching to the Gentiles abroad and Galatians and Corinthians were written before Acts

Yep.

Is there any reason to believe Paul did not hear Peter?

There is no indication that he did, and even if he did, he rejected the message just as he did Stephen's.

There is reason to believe Paul was a devout Pharisee.

Indeed, there is Scriptural proof that he was.

In post 149 PJ settled it. He said Paul was out preaching to the Gentiles at Pentecost in 30 CE.

Actually, I'm skeptical.
