Why TeT gets so much attention I'll never understand? TeT is nothing but a "Religious provocateur." He's a complete and utter heretic and false believer. Obviously, he doesn't accept the "True Gospel. (Paul's Gospel.)
Correct.
The Israelites were in physical bondage in Egypt. Moses led them out of physical bondage, through physical water, and then into a physical promised land.
We were under the spiritual bondage of sin. Christ Jesus led us out of the spiritual bondage of sin, through a baptism by the Spirit, unto a spiritual promised land.
In both events, there was a 40 year wait before entering the promised lands.
The Kingdom where Christ will reign is promised "forever."
What will happen to any and all earthly kingdoms, when God destroys this present earth with fire?
They will all end . . .
(Heb 2:18) Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.
Too bad you're a Darby follower, and have to believe that Hebrews isn't written to you.
The Body of Christ will spend eternity with God in Heaven.
Not at the same time.
Christ Jesus is the Promised Land. Those "in Christ" receive faith rest.
There is no literal application, it's 100% spiritual.
You mean the same Josephus who writes of Jerusalem having believed the Messiah would come and help them against Rome?
In other words - contrary to your assertion that the scoffers Jude is talking about was Jerusalem around that time.
Not to mention; it seems Josephus had had a better understanding of this then those few within ECF and Russell had misread into that.
By the way, you well know that your third poster boy: Russell (the lost Josephus being Preterism's #1, and the Jesuit Alcazar #2), used the same terminology as Bullinger when describing the book of Acts.
You well know that Russell had often referred to that period as "the Jewish Dispensation."
Does not make Russell a Bullingerite.
We both know your ears were long stopped up.
Yes indeed.
Which means Christ's Kingdom is heavenly, without end . . .
Not an earthly kingdom to be destroyed by fire.
It used to be, before Christ Jesus.
Now, Christ Jesus is our Promised Land, He is our rest.
:rotfl:Then that dirt in the Middle East was the promised land.
It used to be, before Christ Jesus.
Now, Christ Jesus is our Promised Land, He is our rest.
Why TeT gets so much attention I'll never understand?
Josephus was a Christ rejecting Jew.
I believe that when the "New Jerusalem" comes down, it wll be here on the "new" earth, forever.
Already happened steko.
Also, Christ Jesus was King of kings, and Lord of lords before it happened.
Used to be?????
That dirt in the Middle East is still there!
It has not stopped being the same land.
Doesn't matter.Contrary to what you guys think, I have never read any book by Russell.
