Well, again, if I'm against the DP then such a scenario couldn't apply in terms of anyone being executed. Now, that's not to say that perjury is anything to be taken lightly, it absolutely isn't, especially in regards to crimes that can put wrongfully convicted people behind bars for a long time, not to mention the horrible toll it can take on their life in general. Those who willingly and falsely accuse others of serious offences and even more minor ones should face severe penalty for it IMO.
OK.
AFAIC, in terms of the topic, then no, homosexuality should not be remade a crime. If you have religious objections to it and consider it a sin then that's different and your prerogative to believe so, obviously. That's no reason why the whole of society should be subjected to laws based on certain religious views.
What about incest, bestiality, polygamy? What about homosexual incest? Do you think that it is moral to outlaw such things? (Assuming of course that there is valid consent. I'm not talking about rape.)

Homosexuality is clearly apparently a disorder of the dopamine system.

Just because this is consistent with natural law theory does not therefore confirm that natural law theory is true.

Also even if natural law theory is true, that does not prove that there is a God, nor that homosexuality is morally repugnant.

And if homosexuality is morally repugnant, it does not automatically mean that it rises to the level of a 'malum in se' violent human rights violation, which is always often punished by criminal law, in almost all cases in almost all countries. (I.e. to 'get away with murder' is thankfully rare.)

And even if homosexuals are not punished for engaging in homosexuality it does not mean that there is anything wrong going on as regards the future prospects of mankind being more moral in the future than he is today, which is more moral than he was yesterday.

(1) The Church flees perversion, she doesn't just avoid perversion, she runs away from it.
Promiscuity is objectively dangerous. Nature itself bears witness:

"New syphilis infections plummeted in the U.S. starting in the 1940s when antibiotics became widely available. They fell to their lowest ever by 1998 ... But by 2002 cases began rising again, largely among gay and bisexual men, and they kept going."
(2) ΠΟΡΝography MUST Be Recriminalized.
Evidence supports that its effect on dopamine puts it in the same category as methamphetamine and cocaine, which are both highly illegal, because they are dangerous.
