The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) will be hearing a case next spring which will undoubtedly have huge ramifications on such things as the expectation to the right to privacy vs people who cross dress, go through genital mutilation surgery, or simply 'identify' as a member of the opposite sex having full say over restroom, fitting room and locker room access. Of course if SCOTUS should rule in favor of the LGBTQ movement in this case, it will once again like Lawrence v Texas, Obergefell v Hodges and numerous other cases, override States rights.

Supreme Court ruling in Virginia transgender case could end bathroom fight in Texas

Oct. 29, 2016

WASHINGTON*-- The Supreme Court will take up transgender rights for the first time in the case of a Virginia school board that wants to prevent a transgender teenager from using the boys' bathroom at his high school.
The justices said Friday they will hear the appeal from the Gloucester County school board sometime next year. The high court's order means that student Gavin Grimm will not be able to use the boys' bathroom in the meantime.
A lower court had ordered the school board to accommodate Grimm, but the justices in August put that order on hold while they considered whether to hear the appeal.

Grimm, a 17-year-old high school senior, was born female but identifies as male. He was allowed to use the boys' restroom at his high school for several weeks in 2014. But after some parents complained, the school board adopted a policy requiring students to use either the restroom that corresponds with their biological gender or a private, single-stall restroom. Grimm is backed by the Obama administration in his argument that the policy violates Title IX, a federal law that bars sex discrimination in schools.

Being that both major candidates for President are pro LGBTQ, don't expect either of them to appoint a judge for SCOTUS that would side with God and the fact that He made two genders, not over 50 like the LGBTQ movement claims.

I was going through the Part 3 thread a few minutes ago and came across this post that I wrote from 2 years ago:

I was just in another thread where a bunch of pagans and atheists were promoting pro homosexual, pro recreational drug legalization Libertarian Rand Paul for the GOP's Presidential nominee.

While talking to a gentleman over the phone the other night that was promoting his candidate for the upcoming election, I stated to him that:

"If the Republican Party wants my vote now and in the future, they better put an emphasis on social conservative values: pro life, pro traditional family".

As it was the candidate that he was representing had attended a traditional marriage meeting with me before the sodomites redefined marriage here in Washington State, so I knew that he is a Christian with strong values.

I can't emphasis enough that we have to tell those in the Republican Party that they'll lose our vote if they don't promote strong traditional values, as I see the Libertarian faction (i.e. Rand Paul) attempting to take over a political party that once had Godly values.

http://theologyonline.com/showthrea...ized!-Part-3&p=4098496&viewfull=1#post4098496

While Donald Trump isn't a hardcore Libertarian, he definitely has very strong Libertarian leanings, hence one of the reasons he won't get my vote nor should he get yours.

Israel's continued existence is paramount for many reasons.

Cliff Kincaid wrote an article earlier this year showing why Americans should be gravely concerned with Donald Trump/Vladimir Putin ties:

March 17, 2016
Trump's pro-Russian policy threatens Israel

Donald J. Trump has received the endorsements of conservative icon Phyllis Schlafly and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Something doesn't make sense here...

The Jewish Daily Forward has run an article claiming that Trump has the strongest Jewish ties of all the GOP candidates. He has raised money for Jewish causes, and members of his family are Jewish. But none of this can justify his support for Putin's Russia. It is Russia that is backing Israel's enemies in the region, most notably Iran.

Trump can't have it both ways by supporting Russia while attacking Iran. The two regimes are engaged in a military alliance.

Trump has announced that he will speak to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) policy conference, which is being held March 20-22 in Washington, D.C. He will apparently try to assure Jewish leaders that he will protect Israel's interests as president when he renegotiates the Iran nuclear deal, and act as a "neutral" mediator between Israel and the Palestinians.

The New York Times notes, "For Israel 'neutral' is a code word with one meaning: unsupportive."

Even more disturbing than Trump's willingness to be "neutral" toward Israel is his pandering to Putin. It's a subject he can't avoid and for which there is no explanation, other than his business ties to Russia...

Trump has remained silent about Putin's land grab. However, his praise of Putin has not gone unnoticed by the Kremlin, which is boosting his campaign. The BBC, which monitors Russian state propaganda, reports that a top Russian media personality has "come out firmly" in favor of Trump by hailing him as a candidate "who is ready to cooperate with Moscow." The Russian media personality is Dmitry Kiselyov, a mouthpiece for Putin who has boasted of Russia's ability to reduce the United States to "radioactive ash."...

We at Accuracy in Media led the effort in the United States to vet Barack Obama when he ran for president in 2008. We discovered that he had been influenced in his youth by a pro-Russian member of the Communist Party by the name of Frank Marshall Davis. Ironically, the connection by a major presidential candidate to Russia once again surfaces as a major concern. Incredibly, based on what we already know, Trump could be even more pro-Russian than Obama.

For those who are incensed by the Clinton crime family, you really need to know about the Trump crime family:

Inside Donald Trump's Empire: Why He Didn't Run for President in 2012
With lawsuits pending and shady partners, Trump’s business empire could not withstand the scrutiny of a presidential campaign, and even his kids might have been muddied.

05.26.11 12:29 PM ET
Editor's Note, 8/10/15: Four years ago, Wayne Barett reported shady business deals ahead of Trump's flirtation with a White House run. After first exposing Trump’s ties to organized crime in his 1992 book, Barrett looked into his most recent business dealings and discovered the following:
• One associate who was an "unindicted co-conspirator" in a*massive 2000 stock swindle—and escaped prison only by helping to convict 19 others, including six members of New York crime families
• Two associates who served prison time on cocaine charges
• Another partner prosecuted for trafficking underage girls after a dramatic helicopter raid on a yacht off the Turkish coast
• A pending lawsuit against Trump Soho that alleges daughter Ivanka, among others, made fraudulent misrepresentations

...Sater, the son of a reputed Russian mob boss, whose mini–storage locker contained two unlicensed pistols and a shotgun, actually worked out of a penthouse office in Trump’s new building at 40 Wall Street. Lauria, who pled guilty to a racketeering charge in the pump-and-dump case, later claimed in a memoir he published that he’d been on talking terms with Trump.
“What kind of interaction did you have with Mr. Sater,” Trump was asked in the O’Brien deposition back in 2007.*
“Not that much,” he replied. “I dealt mostly with Tevfik.”
Trump was referring to Tevfik Arif, the founder and chairman of Bayrock, who’d told the Real Estate News shortly before Trump’s deposition that Donald " has been very helpful to us from the beginning and he's been very helpful in opening some doors." In his deposition, Trump praised Arif’s “international connections,” and detailed half a dozen “phenomenal” prospective tower deals with Arif, including ones in Moscow, Yalta, Warsaw, Istanbul, and Kiev.

Spy told FBI Russia wants to cultivate Trump: report

Oct. 31, 2016

A veteran spy for a Western nation who specialized in Russian counterintelligence says he warned the FBI Moscow is trying to manipulate Donald Trump, according to a new report.
The ex-intelligence officer said he discovered "sufficiently serious" information worth sharing with the agency in July, Mother Jones said Monday.
"Russian regime has been cultivating, supporting and assisting Trump for at least five years," a memo he sent to FBI then says.
"Aim, endorsed by [Russian leader Vladimir] Putin, has been to encourage splits and divisions in Western alliance," the message adds.
"[Trump] and his inner circle have accepted a regular flow of intelligence from the Kremlin, including on his Democratic and other political rivals."
The spy's memo concludes Russian intelligence "compromised" Trump during his multiple visits to Moscow and could "blackmail him" if necessary.
They had also compiled a dossier on Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton based on "bugged conversations she had on various visits to Russia and intercepted phone calls."

"Compromised"? Was Donald Trump caught having sex with children or did he just accept a lot of bribes, or maybe both?

It really is. Just think about how many people out there have no idea how unhealthy (both physically and psychologically) homosexual behavior and the lifestyle that goes with it is.

With the help of this book, I will continue to show that.

California woman accusing Donald Trump of raping her when she was 13 years old to break her silence

Nov 2, 2016 [That's 5 days before the election]

The woman behind a potentially damaging lawsuit accusing Donald Trump of raping her when she was an underage teen will break her silence today, her lawyer said.

The California woman, known until now as “Jane Doe,” will finally give voice to long-denied allegations that the Republican presidential nominee sexually assaulted her in New York during a series of sex parties hosted by alleged billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein in 1994.

The woman filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court in June. She is scheduled to speak at a Los Angeles press conference this afternoon.

She said she was 13 at the time of the alleged attacks.

As mentioned earlier in this thread, the federal judge hearing this case will call both parties in after the election, sometime in mid December, to see if there is enough evidence to go forward with the civil suit.

In the meantime, the American voter loooooathes child rapists, I wonder if they'll vote one in as President after hearing this important news conference?

California woman accusing Donald Trump of raping her when she was 13 cancels press conference amid threats

Nov. 2, 2016

The anonymous woman behind a lawsuit accusing Donald Trump of raping her when she was an underage teen said she was too scared to go public with her allegations.
The California plaintiff, known only as “Jane Doe,” was scheduled to break her silence in a Wednesday press conference, but backed out at the last minute.
"Jane Doe has received numerous threats today, as have all the Trump accusers that I have represented,” said the woman’s attorney, Lisa Bloom.

For you Donald Trump supporters who think that "social conservative" VP running mate Mike Pence will be a good influence on Libertarian leaning Donald Trump, let's review Pence's history as Governor of Indiana:

I've talked about how Pence backed down on a religious (i.e. Christian) liberty bill after the 'gaystapo' threatened a nation wide boycott of Indiana:

March 31, 2015

Amid Controversy, Pence Backs Down on Anti-Gay Law Religious Freedom Law

Indiana Gov. Mike Pence (R) said Tuesday that he wanted to see legislation on his desk this week clarifying that the controversial religious freedom bill he signed into law did not allow businesses to deny service to anyone.

Pence made the announcement at a widely televised press conference the same day that the Indianapolis Star ran a front-page editorial urging state lawmakers to change the legislation.

"After much reflection and in consultation with leadership of the General Assembly I've come to the conclusion that it would be helpful to move legislation this week that makes it clear that this law does not give businesses to deny services to anyone," Pence said at a press conference on Tuesday. "Let me say that again. I think it would be helpful and I'd like to see on my desk before the end of this week legislation that is added to the Religious Freedom Restoration Act that makes it clear that this law does not deny services against anyone.
http://theologyonline.com/showthrea...ized!-Part-4&p=4759740&viewfull=1#post4759740

But wait! There's more!

A website called "The Federalist" shows Pence's liberal history on other issues as well:

Four Statist Policies Gov. Mike Pence Champions

As governor of Indiana, Mike Pence has switched his leadership style and political philosophy from government skeptic to technocratic Progressive.

...Here are four prominent policy decisions Pence has made as governor where, in a clear choice between managerial Progressivism and robust self-government, he chose the administrative state.

1. Government-Managed Healthcare

...Faced with, yes, a Gordian knot of largely federal making, Pence decided to accept and expand government-managed healthcare rather than return to individuals the control over their most personal decisions that we all deserve. In so doing, Pence likely saddled us Hoosiers with millions in cost overruns and increased healthcare welfare, besides expanding substandard care for the poor people shoveled into this government monstrosity. Ben Domenech “asked Pence whether he really thought it was a wise policy, a conservative policy, to expand a welfare entitlement to subsidize able-bodied childless adults by taking money from hardworking taxpayers in other states—he said of course it is, or he wouldn’t have proposed it. So there’s that.”

2. Common Core-Style Education

Republican voters are strongly anti-Common Core, and 2016 contenders have gotten that message loud and clear.

...Because Indiana had one of the best sets of curriculum and testing regulations in the nation before trashing them for Common Core, the mothers whose kids started to encounter its inane math raised a ruckus over the degraded curriculum. It took two years, but in 2013 and again in 2014, they got the state legislature to yank Common Core and task the state board of education with replacing it. During the legislative battles, Pence sat on the sidelines and dodged questions about his stance on the repeal bill, when the grassroots coalition against it was desperate for political support. Pence ultimately signed a repeal bill, but did nothing to help it across the finish line. He let his citizens— moms, kids, dads, and grandparents—run themselves ragged generating the political leadership he could have executed much more easily on their behalf...

3. A Managed Economy

Besides a penchant for botching big policies that reach his desk, the policies Pence selected as priorities are also straight from the managerial Progressive playbook. The first, Pence’s big gubernatorial plank, is a managed economy.

He doesn’t call it that, of course—he focuses on jobs and vocational training, both good and necessary in the abstract. But his manner of attempting to improve these was not to get government out of people’s way, but put government front and center of education and the economy, where it already sits and slobbers as it snarfs down children’s futures, freedom, and innovation. Pence’s big solution to the state’s economic doldrums consists of creating several committees of unelected bureaucrats, most of whom he appoints. It’s exciting to centralize power when you’re the guy amassing much of it, eh?...

4. Literal Nanny Statism

Pence’s other big push this legislative session—wait for it—was sending other people’s money to politically favored groups for an utterly useless, family-displacing entitlement called government preschool. This happens to also be the policy priority for the Clinton Foundation, except currently they’re emphasizing private initiative over government initiative. That’s right. Hillary Clinton is the one who wants poor moms to read to their own kids. Mike Pence is the guy who wants to take kids from their moms and force tax dollars from other people’s pockets to hire a non-family-member to read to those same kids. Enough said.

Pence touts himself as the man who voted against No Child Left Behind and against expanding Medicare. Bloomberg says he “won conservatives’ loyalty” at the 2004 CPAC when he “took the GOP to task for ‘veering off course’ into ‘big-government Republicanism.'” Maybe someone should check if Indiana’s governor is that Mike Pence’s evil twin.

If you can pull excerpts out of that book and share them here, I would like to read his point of view.

For those that still believe in executing homosexuals based on Old Testament law, I ask them this simple question:

"So the Muslims got it right and Christianized societies (and hence their legislatures) got it wrong?"

Yet there remains that odd connection with Libertarian politicians like Ron Paul. That tie is as queer as a 3 dollar biil.

Keep in mind that during an interview a few years ago, Ron Paul was quoted as saying that he wasn't sure if homosexuality is even a sin. Being that Congressman Ron Paul later voted to allow openly homosexual men and women into the military, he's at the opposite end of the spectrum from Reconstructionists on this matter (and on moral matters as a whole).

Why do you think Jesus rescinded the death penalty [for the crime of homosexuality] along with other penalties handed down by God to the Jews?
Make your case.

I went into detail in an earlier thread (#2 I believe it was, when you were hardcore Libertarian).

What is the difference between the ceremonial law, the moral law, and the judicial law in the Old Testament?
https://gotquestions.org/ceremonial-law.html

GotQuestions is a sloppy dispensationalist source.
//
"So the Muslims got it right and Christianized societies (and hence their legislatures) got it wrong?"
//

I'm looking moreso than anything else to guys like George Gillespie and Samuel Rutherford (as well as to a certain degree modern reconstructionists like Greg Bahnsen) for the basis for my position, not Muslims. I'm almost certain that Puritan New England upheld the Biblical death penalties on this. And I'd be pretty surprised if the other Christian nations. In fact do you know of any Christian nation BEFORE America if you want to count it that didn't execute homosexuals? Is that something you've looked into?

With Ron Paul, I'll say the same thing I've said before. Too many Recons are political pragmatists. DeMar endorsed Trump for instance. While Ron Paul is oppositionary to Recons on those moral issues, Reconstructionism is a bottom up movement, and Ron Paul as President would allow states and localities to do pretty much anything they want. Between that and Recons agreeing with libertarians fundamentally on economic theory and foreign policy, its not terribly shocking to see them support Ron Paul. The problem of course is that recons (like you, and like I used to be) are focused on the second table of the law rather than the first. If you truly have a focus on the first table of the law you really can't vote, given that the constitution itself is a selling out of epic proportions on the first table of the law.

Just a point of order, aCultureWhorior. If you won't admit being a closet liberal shill that left the closet door open, or the high probably you're a closet homo, as pointed out before the "protesteth too much" psychological tell you wear on your sleeve, I posted some caricature pictures of Hillary one day. You commented that people posting pictures are stupid. By your own definition and standard, will you at least, therefore, admit that you're stupid? Just one point of consistency of any kind, at this point, would do you good. Of course, this not to imply this is possible of a liberal hypocrite.

Predicated on your belief he is who and what he says he is, 2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. He would be completely stupid, to come as a flaming, liberal homo, ranting against Trump in a theological venue, overtly loving on Hillary, needs a pretense of being a sheep in the flock to have any credibility with the gullible.
