The first sex crime on the list happened to a boy in the MEN's restroom. The perpetrator was a man.

What a shock. A homosexual male exposes himself to a little boy in a public restroom (if only he were at a 'gay' pride parade he could have done it legally).

All 20 of the crimes happened prior to the new policy, and most of them didn't take place in the restroom.

You'll note that the two titles that I linked talk about sex crimes at Target, not just specifically inside Target restrooms. Being that sexual deviants now can legally go into the restroom of their choice, expect many more sexual molestations at Target.
