Warning: The Gospel You Preach Could Be Impure

That is about being taught about the law.

Paul said he was alive not knowing what was sin and that some things were wrong.

He said he was alive---not that he was alive in Christ.
To be alive is to be in Christ because Christ is OUR life (Col 3:4), and to be NOT in Him is to be separate from life and therefore dead.

Most preachers teach that while yet NOT in Christ, people MUST FIRST hear and believe for them to be in Christ. This teaching is laced with an impurity: the false doctrine that people are born in sin instead of born in Christ.

IF people can do the acts of "hearing and believing" then that simply proves they can do SOMETHING instead of NOTHING and therefore already in Christ Who said apart from Him, man can do NOTHING (John 15:5).

These preachers need to remove the impurity from their teaching.

You are teaching salvation by works, anti-Bible and anti-Christ.

The only works Paul speaks of that do not save are the purification/ceremonial works. That means you don't have to get circumcised, but you still have to repent of your sins.

Wrong again.

Grace-based salvation excludes ANY and ALL human works:

Romans 11:6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.

Your works-based salvation is not based on what Scriptures say. Scriptures tell of grace-based salvation ONLY:

Ephesians 2:8-9 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

KJV 2 Timothy 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began

Be reasonable. God did not nail obedience to Him to the cross. Jesus did not die so that no one has to obey.

You're the one NOT reasonable.

You want people to first do SOMETHING so they can be in Christ Who said man can do NOTHING when NOT in Him.

Man's obedience is NECESSARY not to be in Him, but because we are already in Him. Just like the newborn.

The newborn breathes not to be alive but because he already is. But if the newborn REFUSES to breathe, then he dies.

So with us.

We obey NOT to be in Him but because we already are. But if we refuse to obey then evil overcomes us and Christ will remove us from being part of His body by blotting our names from the book of life. Gen 32:33; Rev 3:5

When Christ comes to reward each one according to what each has done, all NOT blotted out will be allowed entry to the heavenly portals (Rev 21:27); all blotted out will have their portion in the lake of fire (Rev 20:15).

Jesus is the Way; he is the one who tells us what to do.

No such thing. Samie, take it easy, the truth is being shown to you; listen.

The newborn breathes not to be alive but because he already is. But if the newborn REFUSES to breathe, then he dies.

So with us.
Your human analogy is not from the Bible. Don't make up your own analogies, ready the word of God and believe.
We obey NOT to be in Him but because we already are.

We are not already in him. The world was made in him and then cast out; now we have to get back in him.

But if we refuse to obey then evil overcomes us and Christ will remove us from being part of His body by blotting our names from the book of life. Gen 32:33; Rev 3:5
You are mixing up the truth. Humble yourself more and you can know him.

You are a hopeless case, GT.

You insist you are able to do SOMETHING while NOT in Him Who is the only source of Power to do anything.

Repent or perish.

You said we can't do anything then you told me to repent. You must know you are being steeped in falseness.

Of course, why not? You were born in Christ the ONLY Source of Power to do anything, therefore, you can repent, that is, overcome evil with good.

Your teaching is diametrically opposite to what Christ said, hence, not good and therefore evil. Repent or perish (Luke 13:3, 5).

You must know you are being steeped in falseness.
It's your situation, GT, not mine, because you say people while NOT in Christ can do SOMETHING to be in Him.

Can one not hope on GOD?

Is hoping doing something?

Are we told to hope on the Lord?

Can the ignorant and unbelieving hear the truth and be converted?

That's not true, we have to repent and believe first, we aren't born in Christ and then we repent. We aren't made to believe and then we repent. We have choice, to believe the gospel or not, and repent or not. I've just posted these verses in another thread

Jesus said

Mark 1

Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,*And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel

Luke 13

There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.*And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?*I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.*Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?*I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
Peter said in Acts 3

Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you

So we have a choice, and we have to repent and believe before we receive anything!

The parable of the sower shows this. (Matthew 13)

Do you believe that Christ, being the power of God (1 Cor 1:24) and Who said apart from Him man can do NOTHING (John 15:5), is the ONLY Source of Power?

If yes, where did you get your power to do the acts of repenting and believing while NOT plugged in to the ONLY Source of Power?

All we need is one scripture to tell us the truth. The truth is that Jesus died for the sins of the world and we enter that grace by repenting of our sins and having faith those sins are forgiven and washed away.

Samie, I believe that we have freewill and I know that God gave me a choice to believe and repent or not. I wasn't made to do anything. We are not programmed to believe. God wants us to be willing to sacrifice our lives, he doesn't make us do it. Jesus said that those who enter the kingdom of heaven are those who do the will of the Father who is in heaven, so we have a will, and we can choose to either live by it, or live by the will of God. Once we are born of God, then God strengthens us to overcome by the power of the Spirit, because yes without him we can do nothing. But we still have to obey and do what's right, we have choices to make every day. And through Christ we can overcome
