The most likely scenario, if wasn't criminal, is that she panicked.
When you make a woman, who is physically inferior to men, an officer- she's far more likely to pull out her pistol.

No, it's idiotic to pretend something you know is a lie. Women are in uniform because the department wants to put on a show of 'equality'- a female cop can't really do jack except shoot somebody. Sorry to sprinkle reality over that hollow head of yours
