toldailytopic: What kind of activities do you have planned for the summer?

Planning my oldest son and his fiancee's rehearsal dinner for their wedding and probably going to Miami in August.

Finishing writing my scifi/fantasy novel. (Technically it's "finished" but needs more editing)

Cool. Now I know two people doing that. I was technical consultant of sorts on one. One of the big issues was, if tigers became intelligent and bipedal, would they still need tails?

I went through them pretty quickly, myself. Now I have to wait until next season because the sixth book won't be out for a while.

Have you been watching the show?

Nah, can't afford HBO.

Though it's been fun watching the trailers for season finales on YouTube, just to see how they visualize/change stuff from the novels.

Now taking a break to finish two nonfiction books I've been trying to read for a loooong time.
