Ok, I get it. You like to split hairs. Maybe the saying should be "Too much political power corrupts, and political power without accountability corrupts the person a whole bunch more". :dizzy:

There is nothing leftist about the original statement either, as it is talking about the necessity of limiting the authority of the individual and/or governing powers.

I think God gets it even if you don't.
