And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake HEARING and SEEING the miracles which he did for unclean spirits crying with loud voice came of many that were possessed with them and many taken with palsies and that were lame were healed....and there was great joy in that city.

These are the signs of the Gospel.

They were evidently different signs than the signs produced by the sorcerer, everybody said what a great man he was, with Philip they turned to the Lord.

Nobody believes Kathryn Khulman was a great person, we see her that she was frail and weak, even foolish [but wise with a wisdom not her own] people did not turn to worship her or to make her great but they turned to the Lord. You see in that meeting were attorneys at law, doctors and consultants, police chiefs and principals of universities as well as ministers of denominations.

Prominent people in society and public servants as well a the mass of ordinary people and they all with one accord gave heed to the gospel.

Jesus made it ABSOLUTELY clear that it is IMPOSSIBLE for an evil tree to bear good fruit. It is IMPOSSIBLE for satan to drive out satan.

You need to know that the signs and miracles that satan comes with are of a completely different order to miracles of mercy...it is IMPOSSIBLE for him to be merciful and to heal, he can only destroy.

This puts you on very dangerous ground. If th healings did not take place, the works of God among His people you would have an excuse. If they DID take place then you have no excuse.

I know little about Benny Hinn, I'm a little grieved that you have posted this, I forgive you. Now lets look at what you say.

The Jesus who is preached in the bible was a Healer, He ALWAYS healed all manner of diseases among the people so if you are in a church where all manner of diseases are not healed you are listening to another Jesus being preached than the bible Jesus.

Paul healed the sick, in this same letter that you quote he says "He that ministereth to you the Spirit and worketh miracles among you doeth He it by the works of the law or by the hearing of faith"

So evidently if you are in a church in which the Spirit doth not work miracles you are preaching a different Jesus that the bible Jesus and the Jesus Paul preached.

If Jesus in your church only forgives sins it is because that is all you expect Him to do, the problem is that only part of the gospel about Him is being preached. The bible Jesus forgave and healed.

Indeed He says to Capernaum "If the miracles which have been done in Kathryn Khulman's ministry had been done in Sodom and Gomorah it would have stood to this day."

It is evident then that the signs that the Jews were seeking were somewhat different signs than the miracles of mercy which He did on the sick. They were looking for some sort of power display in the sky and these are indeed the signs that Satan will come and decieve people with who believed not the love and mercy signs which accompany the good news.

When a person ministers its not 100% God. God doesn't use people because of who they are, he uses them in spite of who they are. So if there is a percentage of show and flesh, this doesn't negate the calling on a person's life. If a minister is called, and the people are able to receive in faith, needs will be met.

Yes there ias hardly truer word "an evil tree cannot bear good fruit."

Nowhere but nowhere in the bible do we see sight being restored to the blind or the lame man made to leap as an hart...by the power of Satan. It is unthinkable, to attribute the holy works of God to the devil shows an awful state of heart.

If I had never seen a miracle I would still believe that God hears and answers the heartcry...the reason the blind do not cry out to Him as did Blind Bartimeus is because the CHURCH has taught them not to.

The purpose Bartimeus is in the bible is that the blind might know that God openeth the eyes of the blind.

It makes you ponder just how badly the church swerved away from the truth in those early centuries so that by Eusebius in the 3rd century he said we do not see many miracles in our churches only a few excorcisms. But by Eusebius the gospel had changed beyond recognition.

God did not change, the church changed. The remedy is simply to go back to believing the bible.
