There were purification works of the law you cannot get around it.
You can't nullify scripture with scripture. Paul says all scripture for teaching and training.
2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
Old Law justification= circumcision, special diet, various external washings, animal sacrifices.
New Testament justification= faith that Jesus' blood washes away the sins you repent of doing.
You don't have to justify yourself with the purification works but you still have to obey God.
There is no such grace as believe and don't obey.

Reconciled by His death and MUCH MORE shall be saved by His life.

Our humanity was constituted in Jesus Christ.
"If any man be "IN CHRIST" he is a new creation: old things have passed away; behold all things have become new" 2 Corinthians 5:17.
We are new creations in Jesus Christ. When Jesus came out of Joseph's new tomb, our new humanity came out with him.
In Jesus Christ sin, death and the devil have been destroyed, we are complete in him, Colossians 2:10.
All that Jesus was and did was for my justification and my salvation. To not believe that means that you are lost.

Well, we're talking about what was nailed to the cross....that which was against us.
It wasn't the law, but our sins. We were not created IN HIM until we were saved by grace through faith, and were quickened together with Him.
All men are reconciled by His death...only those who have faith in His blood are saved by His LIFE. We are saved when we are quickened by the preaching of the Gospel.
