Because Judaism does not have it as a goal to convert the nations to Judaism, and I do not know what you are attempting to prove or show with your verses or scriptures. The God of the Jews is the God of the Gentiles. There is only one God, and He is the God of both. Gentiles do not observe all the same commands, and it is possible to become a Jew. I have done so.
Are you familiar with the Noahide laws? You can read the Torah and see the commands that are not a part of the Law of Moses, those that are and are for Jews, and what of the Law of Moses applies to all (it all can and in some way for certain for all it all does).
