Take two aspirin, watch 6 min of the video I just posted and then comment. This thread is not only a theoretical proposition, visual evidence is required.

And yes video can be altered. You can decide for yourself who you think is faking their videos, NASA or flat earthers. But you cannot make an unbiased decision unless you view each side. You must view the evidence presented by those who propose the earth is flat along with those who propose it is a globe.

Every one knows why earth is considered a globe but very few know why there is a growing movement that says it is flat. I decided to take a look for myself about a year ago and was very surprised by the empirical evidence that supports a flat earth.

Don't be afraid, this won't kill you.

There's that conspiracy again, always rearing it's ugly head. /s

Seriously though, if you think it's a conspiracy that people are trying to hide that the Earth is flat, then I challenge you to do what I said in my previous post and take a trip to Australia, and see if you can find the North Star, because if the earth truly is flat, then all the constellations and stars in the night sky should be visible, and not just half of them.

People like conspiracy theories because they are fantastic. It's like continuing to believe in Santa for a few years after you already figured out that mom and dad where responsible. It's just simply more fun to believe in Santa. The truth seems mundane compared to the fantasy.

Yet eventually you have to grow up and face the fact that reality prevails over fantasy.

There would be some dust or dirt on the pads of the module and some hole or small crater under it.

About that bridge...

--Dave

You wouldn't expect to see the pads covered in dust, since the particles would have been moving sideways and away without air to slow clouds of dust and keep it close.

And I have seen photos on the ground underneath the lander where you can see regolith blown away. Your assumptions based on dodgy blogs are false.

It is sad. He seems genuinely interested in scientific sounding ideas, and if only he persisted with the actual science he would find plenty to astound him and satisfy his curiosity. By he has got lost amongst thee siren sums of the conspiracy theorists.

I watched the video

1. False! I have flown in military aircraft an have seen the curvature. This alone makes the video unconvincing.

2. The model claims that rivers could flow uphill if the earth was a spinning ball---false. This does not take into account the law of gravity.

The run the claims by real fast, some them are false.

3. Airplane pilots stay on the level because of atmospheric density and the law of gravity.

I gave up on the video because it tries to confuse the listener with a slurry of words. This is psuedoscience. Because it is the book and a video does not make it true.

This is a brain dead theory.

Thank you for watching some of the video.

There's a testimony from a Navy radar specialist who said that they use line of sight radar missile guidance system that is a straight line of fire at over 30 miles, which would be impossible on a curved ocean.

I'll answer the star issue a little later, if you can wait.

And we who are "open theists" are among that delusional group of conspiracy theorists who believe the Catholic Church for centuries has covered up the Biblical teaching of the true nature of God and replace it with a Greek view of an "Unmoved perfect being" of Greek philosophers.

You're a pot calling the kettle black, my friend.

I'm an open theist, and I don't believe that the earth is flat. I believe that it's a globe that God hung on nothing.

The beauty of this conspiracy theory is there will be little resistance from scientists or anyone else because it's just so incredibly stupid that none of them would ever want to bother.

Another decoy to make fun of conspiracy while you are in the biggest one to date and haven't a clue.

Your picture shows cracks in the dirt which is another sign there was no dirt what ever kicked up by the blast from the module rocket or a disturbance of any kind. Thanks for the help you just proved my point.

Once you open your mind so much your brains fall out, and you succumb to believing the first impossible thing, you find the next ones easier to believe, until eventually you believe all of them.
