So...you want to force everyone at gun point to pay for the things that you want. Got it.
So you mean to avoid particular, rational rebuttal and objection by painting with hyperbole and picking up your marbles.So...you want to force everyone at gun point to pay for the things that you want. Got it.

Such is life. :e4e:
I've been meaning to ask you Dan: What do you call it when someone uses services that he or she didn't pay for and others have?
For instance: When your beloved anarchist Larkin Rose, who refuses to pay income taxes makes use of those things that taxes pay for, is that not theft?
I call it America. Not everyone pays taxes in this country, and they all definitely don't pay the income tax. There are plenty of people that get a negative income tax rate, and others that just have the means to evade taxes. So a society where we have a $20 trillion dollar budget and not everyone pays, I'd call that the system you love.
So we both agree that people like Larkin Rose who refuse to pay income taxes but use the services that those taxes pay for ate nothing but thieves.
I knew that we'd both finally agree on something.
What about the people who the law says are exempt from taxes. Are they thieves as well?
No, I said a great deal more and in particular. You apparently weren't prepared to answer the particular, again, so you resorted to hyperbole in lieu. The only thing you said is that you believe these things are necessary so everyone should have to play ball and if someone doesn't like it then leave.
I have a hard time imagining you sustaining more than speculative declaration.I have a hard time imagining you would've like early America where there wasn't much of a federal government at all, and the state and local governments were extremely limited.

Good luck with that though. :e4e:
That's another declaration sans argument or counter to particulars. I already said you were good at that. In that you're methodologically indistinguishable from the fellow yelling "Property is theft!" on the corner and as likely to convince anyone who isn't yelling with you. It's easier to convince a man to give up 90% of his income and all of his liberty than it is to convince him that there is another way to pave a road.

Churches? You Libertarian/anarchists should really step inside one sometime and listen to what is said. The Truth will set you free.

The line is drawn by God at 10% tax. Anything over that is tyranny. So "overtaxation" is theft but taxation itself isn't? Where is the arbitrary line drawn between taxation and "overtaxation?" What's the magic number?
God ordained civil government as one of three institutions for the governance of man. Voting is the best way for people to be represented in a nation.
"Choose wise, understanding, and knowledgeable men from among your tribes..."
"Moreover you shall select from all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them to be rulers..."
Sounds like voting to me.
we have bridges, military, interstate highways
show a country that successfully provides those things through privatization
Are you mentally deficient?
There are individual private citizens who are exempt from the income tax. Not just churches. There are others who receive a bigger refund than the amount they paid, i.e. a negative income tax rate. And there are still others who receive more benefits than they paid for. Do you understand how the world works or are you mentally handicapped?
You and most everyone else in here are forgetting God's position on democracy.

Your use of the word "democracy" by itself shows your ignorance of a righteous political system.
Our founders gave us a biblical based representative constitutional republic, NOT a democracy. Do your homework and get back to me JR.
My point is not on what our founding fathers came up with. It's on what God wants. The only form of government God authorized in the Bible is a monarchy...
