Every Christian is very familiar with Phil 4:13, but not so familiar with Phil 4:15

Phil 4:15 (AKJV/PCE)​
(4:15) Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.​

The "beginning of the gospel" that Paul preached was NOT during Christ's time on earth or anywhere in Acts 1-8.

Clearly a different gospel.

Starting with 'gospel' meaning 'good news' Jesus was full of good news (pl). It helps if one knows all the good news-es is about Him. This particular good news is good news for the whole world (gentiles).

11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

Yes, that is about Christ.

What does Isaiah 53 have to do with what RD said?

This type of healing ceased shortly thereafter.
The gospel of the kingdom is not the gospel of the grace of God.

Isaiah 53 is not Paul's gospel, no.

To clarify:

Paul was given his gospel directly from Christ Himself.

His gospel did not come from the scriptures. It was, as Paul said, "kept secret since the world began."

Isaiah 53 is not "kept secret."

It's funny that you think that Paul is wrong (or stupid).

Last I checked, Isaiah 53 is written in the Bible.

The point I was making was that Paul's gospel was not recorded anywhere in scripture prior to His conversion on the road to Damascus, while Isaiah is part of Scripture, and has everything to do with the New Covenant, where "the death of the Testator" is required in order to bring the covenant into effect.
