Antisemitism and pro Putin apologists are not even centre never mind far left. That sort of "ideology" rests on the far right, remember the "unite the right" rally? I realize that some people try to twist politics to suit their own cognitive bias or revision history but that doesn't alter reality. If Waters is indeed culpable of these recent claims then in no objective view can he be regarded as liberal let alone far left.

Any article that argues that Auschwitz was "socialist inspired" is a pathetic fail on that score alone. I'm not a socialist either btw but attempting to argue that the Nazi regime and Hitler were "left wing" is beyond insipid. Look at WWII. The Nazis were on the opposite side of the Soviets, yet the entire Canadian Parliament honored a Nazi for fighting the Russians in WWII. Both Trudeau and their equivalent of the speaker of the house in the US led the applause. Trudeau, coward that he is, threw the speaker under the bus and blamed him. Really? Trudeau is known to be unpopular in Canada and his presence is known ahead of time so you really think his security team didn't vet everyone there that day?

Of course I deny it. Trump isn't above the law and he's up to his neck in strife because of his own doing. The GOP is in complete disarray cemented by their ousting of the house speaker and bear in mind that I'm cynical with regards to any political party and hardly consider the democrats to be whiter than white either.

Basically, it sounds like you are saying, there, that success is the sole earthly judge of right and wrong.
"It's hardy [sic] taken off" sounds like "it's not popularly credited" sounds like "it's not successful at garnering popular credit". So what if belief of a proposition has "hardy [sic] taken off", or is not widespread, since its unpopularity has no bearing against its truth?
