The fact then was that investigators had not yet begun investigating and had not yet uncovered anything, either to support fraud or to dismiss indications of fraud. But now that reliable investigators not corrupted by party politics have investigated, lawmakers from several states are declaring the 2020 election invalid due to fraud. The report, titled "LOST, NOT STOLEN: The Conservative Case that Trump Lost and Biden Won the 2020 Election," includes the voices of lawyers, retired federal judges, and former senators who analyze the over 60 court cases Trump and his allies filed in the six battleground states he lost, costing him the election.
"It is wrong, and bad for our country, for people to propagate baseless claims that President Biden's election was not legitimate," the report says.
The report is broken down by state and analyzes cases in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Each case analysis includes an addendum showing the case filed, the claim that was made, and the ending result. Many of the cases listed in the report were dismissed on merit or dropped voluntarily by plaintiffs, Trump and his supporters, or by state judges. The writers of the report also looked at how missing mail-in ballot situations were handled by each county election office.

An anonymous Democratic operative revealed he has been rigging mail-in ballots for decades.
“This is a real thing. And there is going to be a f---ing war coming November 3rd over this stuff,” the operative, who spoke to the New York Post on the condition of anonymity, explained. “If they knew how the sausage was made, they could fix it.”
He added, according to the New York Post, that “fraud is more the rule than the exception” when it comes to mail-in voting.
The whistleblower described himself as a Bernie Sanders supporter and said he chose to come forward a couple months before the election in the hopes that election officials will beef up security.
The operative explained that the ballots themselves were easy to reproduce and feature no security features. He would put them into a copy machine and make his own. However, the return envelopes are “more secure than the ballot,” so he procured them from legitimate voters by canvassing neighborhoods with other staff members and convincing voters to give them their completed ballots.
He’d then take the legitimate ballots home, steam the envelopes open, and remove the real ballot. Then he would put the fraudulent ballot inside the signed certificate and reseal the envelope before putting the ballots into several mailboxes, as to draw less attention.
Nursing homes, he explained, are also fertile ground for fraud.
“There are nursing homes where the nurse is actually a paid operative. And they go room by room by room to these old people who still want to feel like they’re relevant,” said the whistleblower. “[They] literally fill it out for them.”
He said some postal workers participate in voter suppression by throwing away ballots in heavily Republican areas. Others would use the mail as a procurement tool for envelopes.
“You have a postman who is a rabid anti-Trump guy and he’s working in Bedminster or some Republican stronghold ... He can take those [filled-out] ballots, and knowing 95% are going to a Republican, he can just throw those in the garbage.”
State governments have changed vote-by-mail procedures in response to the coronavirus pandemic. California, for example, will mail ballots to all registered voters automatically, while other states will allow absentee voting without an excuse. Seventy-five percent of registered voters in the U.S. will be “eligible to receive a ballot in the mail for the 2020 election — the most in U.S. history,” according to the New York Times.
President Trump has expressed his ardent opposition to universal mail-in voting, saying fraud is rampant. A study from the Heritage Foundation has also found over 1,200 “proven instances of voter fraud.”
"Universal mail-in voting is going to be catastrophic, it's going to make our country the laughing stock of the world," Trump said in an August press conference. “The problem with the mail-in voting, number one, is you're never going to know when the election is over."
Supporters of an expanded mail-in ballot system, however, say fraud is rare. The Brennan Center for Justice, a public policy institute associated with New York University, says that “most allegations of fraud turn out to be baseless and that most of the few remaining allegations reveal irregularities and other forms of election misconduct.”
