No it isn't.
For the KJB says "faith in Christ" in many places.
"Faith of" is used in other places also.
Philippians 1:27 Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel
Paul's not saying "faith in the gospel", is he?
Colossians 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
Faith of the operation of God? The operation of God has faith?
It's old English. Accept it.
