Once again, rape is rape regardless of marital status or belief. If someone forces themselves on another without their consent then it's rape pure and simple. There's probably some nuts who think that domestic abuse can't occur in a "Christian marriage" either.

There is no such thing as marital rape, per the legal definition of rape.
Rape. A male who has sexual intercourse with a female not his wife is guilty
of rape if:
(a) he compels her to submit by force or by threat of imminent death, serious
bodily injury, extreme pain or kidnaping, to be inflicted on anyone; or
(b) he has substantially impaired her power to appraise or control her conduct
by administering or employing without her knowledge drugs, intoxicants or
other means for the purpose of preventing resistance; or
(c) the female is unconscious; or
(d) the female is less than 10 years old.

Anyone who forces themselves on another person against their will is guilty of rape, end of and anyone who justifies it within marriage or denies it is an absolute moron at best.

Rape is the forcing of sexual intercourse onto someone against their will and it's rape whether it occurs within a marital bed (Christian or otherwise) or else.
You are mistaken.

There's no justification for it whatsoever.
You are promoting the rape culture.

You are promoting the rape culture.

You are pathetic. Anyone who forces sexual intercourse onto another person against their will is guilty of rape. Period.

You are if you don't condemn any forced sexual intercourse either in or outside of a marriage bed.
I do not misdefine "rape" as including any and all perceived sexual assault, like the liberals do that created the rape culture we now live in.

A husband or a wife that tries to force their spouse into having sex with them or who intentionally withholds sex from their spouse is violating the contract of marriage.
Either of these is a contractual matter that needs to be dealt with in civil court not a criminal matter that needs to be dealt with in criminal court.

Nope, anyone who forces sexual intercourse onto a person against their will is guilty of rape no matter what. End of. It is also a criminal offence.

If you force anyone to have sex with you against your will then you're a rapist. The nature of their relationship with you has nothing to do with it.

Withholding sex within the marriage without cause is wrong, but it's a wrong that should be addressed by the couple.

Rape is something to be addressed by the law.

Well, it would be "their will" but other than that at last a post that makes sense...

The liberals that created the rape culture we now live in have redefined rape to include sex within a marriage in order to destroy the institution of marriage.
The redefinition of rape to include sex within a marriage began in the 1960s, but does not change the fact that there is no such thing as marital rape.

Um, no and you might want to take a gander at TH's last to educate yourself a bit more. Forced sexual intercourse within a marriage against a spouse's will is rape and is lawfully and rightfully a crime. Deal with it.
